My name is Cristina Ferrari and I work for this company from may 2007. The owner of this company has a verry bad temper , yelling at his drivers, using bad words, not paying gratuity to the drivers, driving his limo beeng under the influence . I work for him last week more then 60 hours and he refuse to pay me. He charge the company Herbalife gratuity but never give me a dime. I need to know how I handle this situation . What is right and what is wrong?
