Fraudulent charges on CC ~ wrong product sent
I was surfing the web on a Saturday night looking for anti-wrinkle cream and came across the Lift SP website. I ordered a "free" sample of Lift SP Serum for the cost of shipping; $4.95. I stupidly gave my credit card information and at one point saw a text box with terms of agreement, but I mistakenly clicked before I read it. On Monday, a charge for $4.95 came out of my account as did another charge for $29.95. I found the website again and saw that I had agreed to these charges AND a monthly charge of $79.90 each month. Reading further, I found that I could cancel this whole thing within three days, but would not be refunded the $4.95. Fair enough. I finally got through to the company on Tuesday and spoke with a representative by the name of Alicia. I asked her if she could find my order and she repeated three times in a monotone, "How can I help you?" I told her I wanted to cancel and she did give me a cancellation number. She said if the product has already shipped, I will have to return it. I asked about getting the $29.95 refund and told her I still wasn't sure what that charge was all about, that I hadn't received anythiing yet. She said that would be refunded but the $4.95 would not. A week and a half later, I called the company again since I still had not received the $29.95 refund. I was told that it could take 10-12 business days. I told her that was really strange as it took only hours for the charges to hit my account. I also told her that since I had not yet received a shipment, I assume that the order was properly cancelled. She told me that the product WOULD still ship, that it had been on back-order and there was no way to stop it. She told me I would have to return it at my cost. Two days later I received something from them, but it WAS NOT what I had originally ordered. I ordered a serum, I received a bottle of slim pills. UNBELIEVABLE. And I STILL do not have the $29.95 refund. My husband and I are very worried that they will still take more money out so we've had to change bank accounts and contact all of our creditors that we've had set up for automatic payments. Such a hassle.

fraudulent charges on CC
I ordered a free sample of their beauty product for the skin on Nov 5. the shopping c harges were $4.95. On Nov. 24th I checked my bank statement and there was a $79.95 charge that went on my overdraft account. I never received the beauty product and today is Dec.1. I decided to go online and find out more about this company after trying to call them several times and getting only busy signals. Apparently I am not the only one who has been scamed.

scam
I ordered a bottle of Lift SP for a total cost of shipping and handling only of $4.95. It was to be a free offer. I called and cancelled the day I received the order yet another $29.95 was charged to my account even though I was told by Vanessa at Skin Perfection that I would be charged nothing!! Now they don't even answer the phone# that is listed or return calls. I will be contacting the better business bureau on this one. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!

Lift SP Serum
I ordered a free trial size bottle of Lift SP, and they done charged my credit card, but have not recieved the Serum yet. I have called several times, and have waited over 20 minutes each time, till hanging up. I can not get a hold of anyone. I can't help, but think their ignoring my calls! I don't want them 2 keep charging my account, when I have'nt even recieved the product.

scam
I ordered a bottle of liftsp for what I thought was a good deal. The cost of shipping. They charged me 69.00. Then they sent me another bottle that I did not order. I called and canceled. Please do not fall for this scam, as I did. They will enroll you in their program, even if you only want it one time.

Order cancel
I requested last month for the company NOT to SEND OR BILL me for the above product as I do not want it and I sure as heck don't intend to pay for this..My AX card was charged with yet another shipment. I want a credit and NO MORE Shipments or this issue will be reported to the CONSUMER BUSINESS and BETTER BUSINESS Bureau.. AGAIN..My request for cancellation has been ignored.
