Ordered my "free" sample of Lift SP and was charged $4.95 S&H. Short time later I was charged $79.95 on credit card for this "free" sample. Called to inquire and was told I should have cancelled my "membership". I did not want a membership or any additional products at that price before trying this "miracle product" until it was gone and there's a lot left. Credit card company is following this and today I received another bottle of the "miracle" product in the mail. I am returning it unopened and marking refused on the package per post office and credit card company's advice.

If you have made honest attempts to cancel the automatic billings and have the charges credited back to your account, you can file a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered the free trial of cream, after completing the transaction a Live chat person came on by the name of Kelley trying to sell me more crap.
This is when I smelled a rat and told Kelley I am no longer interested in anything, she would not take no for an answer. I called the company immediately trying to stop the free trial, unsuccessfully, they charged my account $ 4.95 plus $ 79.95 twice.
I had to change my Visa account, this was the only way to stop them from charging more. Lift SP send me two creams which I returned unopened...still they kept my Money.
By the way they will not answer phone or e-mail, I send a registered letter yesterday..plus I reported them to the FCC, please do likewise.

Please, I urge you to help me put them out of Business, I do not want another person to encounter this night mare.

The next step will be to get the Media involved.

Do not order a free trial of Lift SP. You think your getting a free trial of Lift SP and then they charge you $84.35! It says nothing about that in the free trial or I never would have done it. Do not take their bait they are scammers!!

i have been being billed several times for products i never recieved. i ordered a trail size and called to cancel 4 days later when my neighbor told me your company were a scam. i tried to cancel this product from your company and was not able to get through to your scam accounts block...your phone lines had a 24 - 7 no one is available 2 take your call.tried canceling thru my credit card capitol one and you still continued to bill me.once again lift sp and rejuvinate have been robbing my credit card account. hopefully they will resolve this.
