refund
took monies out of checking acct. without authorization, $29.91. caused my acct. to be overdrawn, therefore costing me another $32.00 in overdraft fees. please refund!!

I never gave this company permission to get into my account and never heard of liberty discount club and now im overdrawn from my checking account because they went and took $29.91 from my account without my permission and all I get from the telephone rep. is I dont know why and she could barely speak english this is a bunch of bologna.

THEIVES .. / FRAUD
I BELIEVE IT IS ABOUT TIME FOR ALL THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN SCAMMED OUT OF THEIR MONEY BY THIS "SO CALLED" COMPANY .. SUBMIT A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THESE PEOPLE. I CALLED 1/13; 1/21; 2/1; 2/3; 2/8 AND EACH TIME THEY HAD A DIFFERENT STORY. I'VE TALKED TO IRA, LILLY, LISA AND A SUPPOSED SUPERVISOR NAMED ANGEL. I THINK DEVIL WAS MORE LIKE IT.
THEY MUST BE USING OUR FUNDS TO TEACH THEM ENGLISH AS NONE OF THEM CAN SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

SCAM .. SCAM
THIS COMPANY "STOLE" $29.91 OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT AND WON'T RETURN THE FUNDS. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE 1/13/10 AND THEY HAVE HAD ME ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR NOW.

I did not agree for liberty discount club to take any money from my account and I would like for that company to refund my money back to my account. I SPOKEN with someone at liberty and they told me to come to this webb site.So can I have my money refund to my account . Thank YOU very much.

withdrawal of funds
I noticed yesterday 2/4/10 that this company had withdrawn for my checking account 29.91 with my permission. I have no idea who this company is. When I called the company to find out and to complain they told me that becasue I had applied for a payday loan on line they were attached to that application. I cancelled and ask how to get a refund, was given a website to go to, filled out the form and was told that I would get a email in minutes to comfirm my request. I have yet to see that email. I don't understand how a company can do this without permission.

Charge not authorized
On 1/22/2010 your company tried to withdraw $29.91 from my credit union account. I did not have $29.91 in my account and cost me $25.00. I called the credit union and had to pay $2.00 to get a copy of the check. I called and cancelled service with the club which I did not authorize. Cancellation number 4707255. I do not know why or how my bank information got to your company, but I want $27.00 back for the charges to my account.
