I purchased an Lg Scoop phone about 5 months ago. This has been the biggest piece of crap I have ever bought as a phone. From day one it did not work properly. I thought it just needed to be used as it was a new phone glitch. Well as the phone use went on, it got crappier! The camera did not work. The phone would not stay charged. It freezes up constantly, it restarts itself over and over. I checked and the phone and battery were not wet so that eliminated that problem. Then my service provider says the software needs to be updated? Okay so the day I bought it, it was outdated? Who wants that!!! So I spend more money and buy an SD card for the phone removing everything from it, thinking that it will help speed up the phone. WRONG WRONG WRONG! I was so displeased I just turned the piece of crap off! Everyone I know that has this phone has MANY problems from it. Why would LG sell such a crappy phone. All of my other LG phones have been wonderful!!! This phone is a lemon and LG should recall it!
