I had taken window ac for which free servicing was done by company engineer and after 2 days ac stopped blowing air for which no response was given by company even after calling more than 10 times and for 8 days from 14th may 2010 upto 22nd may 2010. finally i had to shift at my relatives place because of encorching heat of MAY and more importantly my wife was pregnant. Finally air conditioner was opened by local repair person AND FACT WAS KNOWN THAT WHILE DURING SERVICING BY COMPANY ENGINEER A POLYTHENE WAS USED ON MOTOR TO COVER FROM WATER WAS STILL THERE and got stuck to motor rod due to which damage to rod and circuit had occured. I have lodged my complaint to customer care so many times but nothing has been done in regard till date i.e. june 21, 2010
