I ordered printer cartridges, they sent me refilled cartridges. These are one time use, and will not work when refilled. They sent one replacement, but now refuse to refund because they say I am past the 45 day refund period. They sent me several e-mails proposing "solutions", and thus forced me past the 45 days. They knew from the first day I got them them that they were not working, yet they messed around with "solutions" to force me past the 45 days. CROOKS
