I purchased a kwikset key less entry for the front door and after 6 months it quit working. The key pad did not work and make the unit worthless. When i called customer service they said that i could purchase another keypad. Since it is a bad design i see no need in putting any more money in to the unit. i ask for my money back butt they refused. I will not buy any product that has Kwikset as the company the produces the product. I'm sure that i'm not the only one that has had this problem.
