Very regret & dis-appointment more than 3 hours faced load-shedding on account of SINGLE PHASE in Soldier Bazar, Karachi

I want to express deep regret, dis-appoint why entire area power not off expect ours on account of SINGLE PHASE load shedding which begins from 9.15 PM and last 12.30 PM. More painful to see all have their lights and when I conduct KESC complain centre at 9.45 PM vide complain NO.8464 and the gentle man who is attending complain reply normally complain solve with in 2 to 2.30 HRS time. But when I lodge complain for not single phase coming to our building, situated at SOLDIER BAZAR NO.2, KARACHI 74400 than what those who are attending complain take so long time to remove the fault.

I understand the KESC never realized how the KESC consumers in difficult and problem when load shedding of special type ( single phase lost ) that means who is responsible to remove the fault. Which reflect how KESC want to solve the problem or complain of their consumer’s.

I request high authority first to ask why so delay in removing the FAULT? In which complain or work ( KESC staff busy ) and not realized we are facing single phase load shedding. If check and balance system maintained than no such delay to attending or removing the fault.

My suggestion to KESC Managing Director to keep lock book in every call centre of KESC and noted the time when the consumer complain registered and removed and if any query than re-confirm with the same consumers. If such healthy practice enforce no one have courage to due careless or delay in attending consumer’s complain.

Due to only lazy, careless and ir-responsible staff entire DEPARTMENT blame. It is better to get rid of those who are not capable to fit in KESC department than hire those who have talent and pain to solve the problem of KESC consumers without any difference. Please do load shedding on purely on schedule basis and avoid to change the load shedding time which IRK consumers and plus entire working schedule disturb when KESC changes or extend in LOAD SHEDDING timing.

For God shake do not give additional torture and pressure in the name of first load-shedding and later sending excess electricity billing.
