I am a teacher who currently works in a Philadelphia High School. This agency does not screen their teachers. They send in anyone who is credentialed, meaning do they have a pulse and a degree. The worker they sent in to work with me was racist, obnoxious, and had not one ounce of common sense. When I phoned up to complain about the hideous workers they have sent to work with me the national director argued with me, raised her voice at me and told me that she really does not care because the teachers are sent out and she needs to make money. I requested that someone check up on this teacher to see what he is going. All this woman cares about is whether what they are doing is legal or not because she is a former lawyer. DO NOT ever think of using this agency! The reason they send out hideous workers is because they agency charges a lot of money and they keep it all. I have never been so disappointed in all of my life. For a human service agency I would expect that they would have better customer service skills.
