Gift card offer
For over one month have offered chance to win $2500 gift card if you take their survey at www.kmartfeedback.com. It never works, there is no such website. Its a ripoff to get you to shop there, hoping you might win to help with todays cost of living. Walmart, Walgreens, etc. all offer the same & it has been legitamate offer.

No complaints. I just want to applaud the store and it's employees of K Mart in Kingsford, Michigan. especially the pharmacy personell. they are so helpful and the service is great. too bad i can't get into your kmartfeedback.com site so i can applaud all the employees of k mart, Kingsfored, Michigan

feedback survey
There is no website to summit the survey and enter 19 digit receipt #. This is just another example how Kmart is slowly going out of business. Here In Medford we can"t wait for it to go since Wal Mart came in. Kmart does not have the merchanice advertised and no reliable staff working to help customers. When you go into their store you are totally on your own.

cashiers don't count change back.
I gave $j100 to cashier for a $12.92 purchase and she plunked the change in my hand. She was busy talking to some other staff matter to pay any attention to me. I spend a lot of money in your store and have lots of receipts to prove it. Usually over $100.00 a trip. I would like the cashier to count out my change so I don't have to. Thankyou for listening. Don't mind shopping k-mart ut why is company either to cheap or don't care enough to have carts for handycaped.

Online survey
Wanted to tell about my shopping experience and be entered to win 2, 500.oo dollar gift card. There is no web site as described at the bottom of my receipt. My experience wasn't that great and now they wasted my time searching for a site thats not there. They are ripoffs!!

Anyone Aroud or to hear customers
No one heard all those sneakers falling down when a women tried to get one box from above the stand they were on. 6 deep in area, when she reach for a pair and they came tumbling down. Glad I was there to give a little hand. I told her to report it but she said she was alright.Sneakers are piled up too high. Yea I also gotten 2 pair.

Broken product
Pile of revolving fan boxs in aisle up to my shoulder, every box beaten up. stupidly I picked the least beaten up and bought it. When home, the housing was cracked nearly all around, I needed it badly so I put tape on it and we continued to put it together. This fan was advertised a quiet fan. It made a horrible noise of clicking. Took it back. 30 miles round trip. At least the lady at the returns desk gave me no problems. I told her how the boxs were all beat up but don't think she cared. I told her they would probably all be returned. No comment.

Survey web site doesn't exist
K.mart $2, 500 survey that was falsely printed in 11/2007 is still being printed 6/2008. Still no web site available for kmartfeedback.com.
