KMart values your feedback!!!
As a single mother of 3 and not knowing how I am going to get any gifts for my children for Christmas I thought, "Why not I'll give the company feedback for the chance to win. Where is it that I do this??? I think this pisses me off more than the idiots you have working in the store I went to! Tehachapi, CA store# 4751 Please e-mail me if I am missing something because I do not wish to put my receipt number on here to have someone else use it. Thank you. P.S. I drive AT LEAST 30min to shop at your stores.

Being Overcharged
I just stood in line on Black Friday for 45 minutes to make a handful of purchases (4 items!). An assistant manager came thru and gave us all
Blue Ligtning Cards to expedite our trip thru the cash register, the girl at the register ended up scanning the card and then scanned all my items
and I got double charged! Didn't notice it until I was on the way home, I live an hour and a half away from the store and can't go back now, it wouldn't be worth my trip.

lying about the reciept
tried to go to that sight and like many others it is a scam that is wrong to take this time out of a day of a consumer who never does surveys to say something nice about the store only to be scammed.

staff
I stood at the counter at KMart in Webster NY for 20 minutes to buy $260 worth of merchandise. In this day and time with the economic situation that is terrible. I finally had to go and find 4 staff hidding and talking in the aisle in the toy section. That is no way to make sales.
Also you go the the site to register for a $500 free card from K Mart and there is nothing there but corporate information

On my register receipt from K Mart, I was asked to take a survey for a chance to win a $2, 500 gift card from K Mart. There appears to be no such site, so this K Mart gift card appears to be a scam. What bad business!

Shopped, received receipt, no site for survey to win 2, 500 gift card. also Layaway is a scam, it says 8 weeks to pay, and i only have till dec 5th to pick up. put it on nov 5th. that is 4 weeks and you have to pay 25% of total for your payments.

Survey for $2500. gift card
All I can find on the site is other peoples complaints not a survey for the store . That is very disapointing . How is a person to want to return to a store if the receipt is untrue. As for the store I shopped in I was not pleased with the service. They needed more people working to assist customers and less standing at the service desk visiting with other employees.
