I went to the kmart on mentor ave in mentor OH this past week and one of the managers named Jack, was extremely unprofessional and rude to another employee. I was walking into the store when I saw Jack walking out towards the parking lot and was talking on one of the store phones to another employee and used profound unprofessional language such as words like " you better fucking find a way to walk the floor to get rewards" and " I'm walking to the parking lot I'm going to fucking lose you so get on the fucking floor i don't care if electronics is not covered". I was shocked when I heard that this is how the manager talks to his employees, I have shopped at this kmart for many years and never heard anything like this before come out of a managers mouth. i will no longer shop here because I will not support this kind of behavior. I have already spoke with my friends and family and they too will not continue to shop here because of this we come from a respectful family and will now shop at walmart because they are professional and still convinent for myself and friends and family. This manager should be taken care of because this is not aceptable and he will continue to lose his company business due to his actions.

I have started to fill out the survey and both times when I was almost done the web went expired. This is not right. I take time to fill the survey and get no response except web expires... The Website for the $ 4000.00 gift is nothing but a scam. . Why bother to have a KMart Rewards card?

I visited the store and found a couple of bargains? A blanket reduced from $50 to $20 and a set of towels for $10, they were $17. After leaving the store I realized that the total price of my purchases was above my estimate. I checked the docket to find that I had not received the reduced price. I returned to the store where I endured a long wait at the customer service desk. I told them the problem. They replied they would refund the difference. I queried what had happened to the policy where they refunded the entire price if you were overcharged. They said that they don't do it anymore. No apology was offered and the attitude was taking it or leaves it. This fact has never been advertised by them. Why no big advertising campaign to notify their clients they were not adhering to it. When I tried their toll free number to complain I had to listen to a good 10 minutes of their spiel touting how good they are as a company and customer orientated. I eventually hung up in disgust.

what a crock "NO WEBSITE TO ENTER TO WIN $2500. WHAT GIVES. TALK ABOUT FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

On Sunday 5/24/09 I paid for a 40 pound bag of potting soil which was available outside of the store. I was told that someone would meet me outside to load it in my car. After waiting almost 10 minutes nobody showed up. I loaded it in my car myself. I am in the 70's & this was not easy for me. There is no customer service at the K Mart in Rapid City SD.
