sent kit without my consent
I tried this product, and I was not very impressed., and 15 days later, they sent my a whitening kit and charged my credit card without my consent. I think this company is a rip-off.

fraudulent charges
We ordered a trial of this product for $4.99. An additional $88.97 was debitted from our account that was not authorized. They also charged our account $9.99 under the company name AxisWellnessPortal. We have requested a refund. We will also be reporting them to our bank, the BBB, and the authorities for fraud!
Be careful, do not order anything from these people...It is a scam!

refund
i ordered a trial size of ivory brites product, was not told I would be receving more of the product and charged88.97 dollars, called the toll free number for a refund on my debit card do not want any other than the trial size I was offered and charged $4.99+$1.00 SH, I expect a full refund from the company this is a type of FRAUD!!!

charges put on my credit card not authorized by me canceled order am finding hard to get confirmation . all phone numbers are either not in service any more.

i ordered a trial product did not receive statement daying i have 14 days to cancel or they would charge to my accout $ 88.97. This is a total scam they need to refund and someone needs to sstop them from doing this.

SCAM
Beware THIS IS A SCAM. The terms are designed so that you most likey will not receive the "produce" until the after the "trial" expires. They do this by starting your "trial period" the minute they charge your card. You are within your rights by the terms set forth by this scam company to cancell your order as soon as you place it. As far as I can see this is the only way to avoid the $88.00 charge. Good Luck

I too was a victim from these guys and I filed a complaint with the Inspector General USPS. Let's see if they will shut them down.

Charged more than I agreed to
I wanted the free trial and paid 4.99 plus 1.00 Ins. I also was charged 78.00 which I did not agree to.

Did not want additional shipments
I too have been scamed by Ivory Brites and Easywhite, both say I owe them $80.00 . I didn't want the products, and was charged before I recieved them. I will gladly send them back. This has happened to me before on the internet and makes me not want to use the internet.
