Ordered three built-in coffee makers: webiste said they would ship in 5-7 days; emails received from company said order was received and in shipping process. When I called to check status, 10 days later, I was toldthey did not have the items, could not promise a delivery date, and would charge my credit card a cancellation fee if I canceled the order and ordered from someone else. No resolution was offered, customer service reps disconnected my calls twice. Their phone syetm and poor customer service makes it impossible to reach any resolution. The only option I had was to call my credit card company and dispute the charges; something I have never done before. Ugly company with rude employees and no customer service.

I have dealt with Naomi and have had the poor service. They are RUDE, IGNORANT and FAST TALKING people who TALK OVER you as you are telling them the problem. I made my first and last purchase from them. They commit fraud when showing "Free Fedex Shipping Over $99.00 " however don't show that option at checkout! Online fraud is a Federal Offence and I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office and BBB in Kentucky.
