wrong merchandise
This is a scam. Invoice states what I ordered. Sent something totally different. Cheaper version. Would not senf me a shipping label to send back...scammers BEWARE!!!

Just STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEB SITE!!!
Many CD sellers are selling home made burned CD-Rs.
Shipping is overcharged. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to help you.
Whatever you're getting yourself into - you're on your own.
You can't get your money back NO MATTER WHAT.
I simply cannot believe that a website like this can actually legally operate, not in the United States of America.
SIMPLY UNBELIEVABLE.

Unjustly banned from there
I was ripped off by a seller with counterfiet copied DVD-R's (greywolf1980), lied about to ioffer by him and banned. Ioffer's helpdesk is a joke. Every time I post a request there asking for clarification on why I was banned, they are summarily closed with no response whatsoever from any of their staff. Furthermore, the seller I was in a transaction with's entire store is filled with copyright violations of TV shows but they turn a blind eye to that. Anyone who is reading this and is a member of ioffer, please report him to the copyright violation section of ioffer and maybe they will shut this crook down before he rips anyone else off and then gets them banned.

BOUGHT DVD FOR FRIENDS BIRTHDAY PRESENT ASSUMING I WAS PURCHASING AN ORIGINAL ITEM.RECEIVED A COPY NOT EVEN IN A BOX.HAD TO GO AND BUY ANOTHER PRESENT AS I FELT UNABLE TO GIVE THIS.PAID FULL PRICE IN GOOD FAITH AND I AM SO DISAPPOINTED.PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DONT BUY FROM ANYONE ON THIS SITE.

fake makeup goods
this website is full of scammers. i ordered MAC lip gloss to sell on ebay, didnt know any better. i recieved the items it all looked good and i started o sell. then i get an email from one of my buyers saying that my gloss is fake..this is after i spent 90 bucks of my money on ioffer to get the gloss...and dont just look at the feedback percentages..look at ALL. everything thats negative is not listed as far as why the person left negative. they just show all the positive feedback. i do not recommend ANYONE buy from this site at all

No merchandise
I made a purchase on Ioffer on 1/9/10 with the seller, Fiercelace for $245.00 for merchandise and received nothing in return. I paid through Paypal thinking that this was the safest method of purchase. The seller would not respond back to my inquires.
Fiercelace responded to each question that I asked prior to getting payment. After payment, Fiercelace told me that they had to check to see if the merchandise was sent. No one from Fiercelace or Ioffer has contacted me. Fiercelace told me that it takes 5-7 days to ship and I still do not have the merchandise.

fraud..paypal don't refund
Hello,
I have a problem with ioffer.I payed a fraud for a phone.I understood that he is fraud and the same day opened a claim for the payment in paypal.Paypal after hundreds of mail closed the claim and told me that they can't refund me because I received something from the seller.So, what do I have to do in order to be refunded?Please help me.

Scam
I have made over 10 purchases with ioffer. I have a excellent rating with ebay. Every single one of my purchases with ioffer has turned out to be a scam. I know the the Chanel merchandise is fake, BUT, I still expect to get what is pictured or EVEN close to what is pictured. But instead of boots that I have paid $80.00 for, I get a cheap chain. Instead of a purse that I have paid $150.00 for I get a 3" laughing buddha( I probably deserved that for being so stupid) BUT what gets me, is that 5 days AFTER each purchase, ioffer sends a "Buyer could be fraudulent" which is TO LATE. They know these guys are crooks and yet they continue to support them. And then when I send a complaint to THEM, they halt my account, so that I cannot say anything on the site. It is deplorable and despicable. They are as bad as the crooks sending the junk. ALL my purchases came through as a cheap chain of a buddha piece of junk. They need to shut down and be held responsible for their actions. Because they know exactly what is going on. I think it would make a good news story or even 60 mins. They are all scam artists. I have never had a problem in 10 years on Ebay and now I have lost about $1, 000. on ioffer. Hopefully, others can be warned.

Fraud
I brought a bag and they took my money then a message came up saying that the seller was a fraud but they took my money i dnt know what to do helpppp i dnt know what to do now who do i contact. i even tried emailing but that did not work. the seller also has been removed from the listing all they said was that "we will send it asap" and that was it. then i had the message saying that i should avoid transaction when i already paid them my money. it there any legal action i can take against this website can someone please help me.

Fraudsters and con artists
I bought a pair of '100% authentic chlow wing tall boots, in chloe box, distressed calf leather, in chloe box, with gold-tone hardware, size 42' off ioffer for $200!
I received a pair of man-made 'Hardcourts' brand shoe in hardcourts box, with no hardware, in a size 40!
Tried to get money back through paypal but unfortunately they say that they have no control over whether items are received in as described condition - only if they haven't been received.
I'm absolutely gutted - wouldn't pay $15 for these in a shop!
Don't go there - this site should be shut down for harbouring criminals.
