Seller sent fake tracking number
I did a "buy it now" offer for a Wii bundle package for $160 plus $30SH. I used paypal, thank goodness, and paypal sent the tracking number. When I saw payment was to some Chinese name a red flag went up. This person lied on their ad stating they have a Chicago and Calif. warehouse and ship UPS. I got an EMS tracking...well, that is from another country. The number was not even valid so I viled an immediate dispute which it is still under investigations. I also complained to iOffer with ZERO response from them. Why should they care, they get their selling fees. There is a ring of these sellers which showed up in December taking people for their money at Christmas time. Several seem to have the same verbage which likely is the same seller using another fake name. I will never buy on iOffer again, this company allows scam artists to sell and trade at their site and could care less the way it appears to me. This took place Dec. 27th and I filed a complaint on Dec. 28 when I discovered the traking number was fraud.

WorldBattery ripoff
I purchased a battery for a portable ultrasound machine from WorldBattery through iOffer on August 23, 2010. My credit card posted payment on August 25, 2010 and I still have yet to see the item purchased.
iOffer is very good at hiding the business contact information. I have filed complaint after complaint with iOffer and not one reply.
STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
They are nothing but a scam and should be closed down!!!

Fraud
This site is filled with chinese sellers who think they can get away with scamming american buyers. The website itself doesn't offer any contact information and the only 'customer service' you get is the FAQ page which is ridiculous. The site knows it's got scammers on there yet they are unwilling to do anything about it but restrict the seller AFTER multiple buyers have been defrauded of their hard-earned money. This site needs to be stopped. Please file a complaint wherever you can against this site including the BBB. I feel so stupid having been defrauded by these idiots.

Fraudulent sellers
This person is selling on ioffer.com--selling Apple iphone 4g 32gb--located in US--tells the buyers he is from different areas in the us--told me he was in NY--will not accept any offers on ioffer--deals with you via email--told me I could pay via paypal then switched to Western Union--emailed pictures of the phone with a sign that had my name and the date on the pictures and gave me serial numbers which I verified thru Apple customer service. Paid 620.00 plus western union fees of 58.00 to send the money to him at the NY address then emails back and says he gave his home address and he is at school in VA--then gave me a new address to change the money route. Once he got the money then told me he was in line at Fed EX and would email a tracking number a little later. From that point on would not respond to phone calls or emails and has blocked my email address. I have filed charges against him with our local police department, FBI and FTC (Federal Trade Commission). He is still selling on ioffer and he is a complete fraud. He will take the money and you will not get it back or the product that you paid for. His name he calls himself if Antonio Word and I have located all his real information so if you need it let me know. This guy and his accomplises will get what is coming to them!

Refuses to abide by their policies and no contact
I had a buyer(palermo)tried to buy a coin from me. Ioffer charged me for two invoices when I only had sent one. The man was out of country with an unconfirmed address and never paid for the item. I followed Ioffer's rules and waited til it was time to file non payer and contacted them as well 3 times. To this day, I received no contact and no help from Ioffer whatsover and I am being charged STILL for a transaction that had never went through.
STAY AWAY FROM IOFFER!! Do your selling and shopping elsewhere!! These people are SCAMMERS!

Horrible knock off
I recently purchased a louis vuitton scarf from ioffer seller topgrade. first off let me clarify that i knew it was a knock off but i expected it to at least be wearable.
needless to say it was hideous. the leopard was very dark brown and the letters were orange. when they should have been pink. it has wholes and snags everywhere he assured me that i would receive an item just like the one in the picture what a liar.
I'm disgusted and out of 79 bucks. the amount of money it will cost to send this piece of crap back to them is more than what the rag is worth. I'm just going to chalk this up as a lost I'm sure i will never see a dime of that money if i were to return the scarf.

Scammers
I purchased an IPOD Nano for my daughter on this site...she searched the internet for the best price and was sooooo excited that she had done all the leg work.
When I went back a week later to check on the status of my order, the seller had been banned from IOFFER and I am left holding the bag
The site looke legit, I should have done some research, because I was scammed out of the money I spent. IOFFER has done nothing to help other than restricting the seller.
I will never use this site again, I will also do everything I can to spread the word that this is a scam site...I talk to 100's of online shoppers everyday.
