HAPPY WITH Intercontinenal Captial Group
July 1, 2010
I thought they were bad, I beg to differ!!
Before I refinanced my home, I had to research a lot of the banks and lenders that were calling me trying to solict my buisness. I spoke with a senior loan officer from ICG Home Loans (Intercontinental Capital Group, INC) and was impressed from what he was saying. He educated me on the process, the terms, the closing costs, etc. I thought it was to good to be true. I was very very skeptical about them, but something in my gut told me to find out more. You cant be to trusting with all these scams going on. So I googled the companyto find out more about them. I saw that they had a A- rating on the Better Business Bureau. I decided to take a chance with them to see. What I come to find out was that everyting that he told me on the phone was how it appeared on my Good Faith estimate. I recieved all my documents and paperwork within 3 days. And what I saw on my GFE as far as closing cost, was very very close to what I signed. He also was able to close my loan in the time he stated. 20 business days. The only thing I can say was my expericence was superb and I would difinitely recommend them to anyone. Two thumbs up to ICG Home Loans / Intercontinental Capital Group.

I was perfect... so were they
I have to admit i was very skeptical when i spoke with the overly charasmatic loan officer on the phone. I received a call within seconds of submitting my inquiry online for my refinance. This to me shows desperassion. Putting that all aside, i am very grateful i received their call first. I ended up saving over 400 dollars a month while keeping my closing costs to 2100 dollars! The process was smooth and the officer was very informative.
