FPL is at least 25 years behind other utilities in billing practices. It is so difficult to get them to consolidate all bills for a large customer. Personnel are very poorly trained. They cannot explain FPL stupid policies so they say, sorry this is our policy. When you ask to talk to a manager, they do not allow that. For large customers you have to call again and again as they will only handle 5 meters at a time. It is a thoroughly mismanaged company surviving in a monopoly environment.
