Sir/Madam
This is the second complaint I am lodging.I have been fautily billed as um of Rs.4682.48 in May 2010for a book on Indian Economics by Dutt and Sundaram which I never got which is nothing but cheaing and is a Scam.This has put me into lot of incovenience With SBI CRdit card Service calling me for a registerd complaint.I have not got the confirmation for my first complint.I wat a rerceipt of this email confirmed immediately failing which I will approach the Consumer court.
