want refund
I was applying for a payday loan on line and without knowing this company posted a note about paying for ID theft protection. I put in a request to cancel and for a refund and was promised my money back in 72 hours. It has now been 6 days and I havent gotten my refund. Im going to my bank and having them pursue getting my money back. They trick you into paying for this service while applying for another. Why would I pay $40.00 for a service when Im applying for a loan just to get by between paychecks. VERY TRICKY!!! I have learned my lesson. I will never apply for anything on line again that requires bank or credit card information!!!

Unauthorized charges to my account
According to the company's representative named Ann I signed up for a loan over the internet back in November 2007 although I did applied for a payday loan it was not with them and almost a year later they charged my account for the total of $32.10 making my account overdrawned as I was not aware of this charge until I checked my bank, I was instructed by Ann to request a refund at the www.idtheftrefund.com website and according to their process I was supposed to received an answer within minutes and never got, I called today and got no answer as you can say $32.10 is not much for a single mother of three children and two of those children have chronic illnesses you will understand that an amount like this means two days of food for my family specially when you have been told you do not qualify for government benefits of any kind so if you can do anything for all the people this company has ripp off will be greatly appreciated.
