I did not authorize this automatic deduction from my account.
I can not contact them, the number on the automatic deduction is not associated with them. It is a West Gate Resort number in Florida. I did not agree to this charge.

ON REFUND AND DID NOT CANCEL MY ACCOUNT
Was never cancled after being E-mailed on the on 3/13/2009 from Customer Service at < [email protected]> plus I never received a refund to my card for being charged twice like I was also E-mailed and told and my card was charged again on 4/1/2009 $94.89. I have all the E-mails to prove everything I've said is right so someone their can make it right or I will take this matter to someone else that will treat me right and not keep taking my money with out my approvel. So refund $191.67 to do the right thing. |

took money without my knowledge
This was suppose to cost me 1.99 charged to my credit card. In addition to the 1.99, I got a 94.89 dollar charge. I am requesting a full refund. I did not use this service. And I am sure I don't want to.
