Withdrawal!
I posted a few days ago in re: to my daughter losing money with this company. Today the status is she has to close her checking account and open a new account - they are still withdrawing money even though they were suppose to cancel it on the 1st. Talking to them does no good - they are very rude! We will get all of our ducks in a row - continue on with the police and possibly turn the information into some place like date line - this company is stealing money from unsuspected victims! It's not right! To anyone going through this - pursue them with the police and get your bank involved! My daughters bank has been very helpful and has started an investigation on their own!

I did not sign up for this Identity Theft scam. They took $31.98 from my checking account without my permission. This needs to stop now, before IDPROCS hits my bank account next month.

Unauthorized withdrawl from chkg acct
I was looking up paydayloans, I filled out one (1) form but not from onsclickcash, it was a different one, there was not anything written about this IDPROCS, on the site. I filled out one form and now I have three companies taking money out of my checking account, I only authorized one to, these other two I never even heard of, nor of this IDPROCS. The one I authoriuzed is the only legitimate one, but there was nothing about htis IDPROCS, in their privacy policy or terms of service, everytime a pop-up showed up I closed it out, or so I thought, apparantly they still had all of my information and I did not know this, they don't let you know. There are also car loans filled out with all of my information, they do not let you know this either. You figure if you erase all of your information and then close out you're safe, you're not. Now I have to fight with my bank, I am on disability for the rest of my short life and have to figure out how to so all of this. how do we get our money back including the overdraft fees? Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

UNAUTHORIZED MONEY TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT
received a charge on my account for 31.98 when i contacted the company on live chat, there was no phone number, they told me it was an identity theft subscription. I could cancel that subscription but could not get my money back unless i contacted the police and had them investigate identity theft, have the police email them with the investigating report.
