false claim
Incurred charges of $33.98. Have attempted to receive refund, but company is stating that they did nothing fradulent. My fault, I guess, since one site was linked to another. However they are stating that they will honor my request to cancel the account. Well, Bully for them!

theft by a so call ID THEFT IDENTITY COMPANY
I applied for a payday loan through a company and this ID theft company attached my information and stole my money from the bank and has never returned it, claiming I signed up with their company but failed to provide proof of this. When asked to return my money, this is the site I get. They are fraudulent and need to be stopped. I sure not only me but hundred of people have been gooped by this company under the giese of ID theft protection. This company has caused me hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees and refused to pay them and has of yet not returned my money they took from my account. Doris LeRiley

REFUND
I noticed several charges on my debit account for $31.98. I never signed up for this service. I called the 866-8861277 and canceled the account in March 2009. Again on April 13, 2009 I was charged again, I called the new number 888-2073984 and canceled again, however I was told that this was the first time I called. They told to request a refund by going to www.idtheftrefund.com. It comes up but it does not provide a way to submit a refund request. All I want is my 31.98 that was billed to my account on April 13, 2009. I understand that the amounts taken prior to me canceling may not be refunded but I canceled now twice.
