Dishonest/Thieves
I met Jon Cannon last month when he came to my office and promised to cut my credit card transaction fees in half. On my contract I signed with him, it stated what my average ticket is and my monthly amount of transactions. I had a client pay several invoices at once, which resulted in a much larger ticket than my average. The payment went through my clients account, posted on my account and all was fine. 5 days later, Icon deducted the whole amount from my account. When I called, it took 12 people before I got a manager to talk to. The manager was not in, I had to leave a voicemail. I was informed that the amount of my deposit exceeded their limit-(Which is not in the contract) so therefore they can hold it until I send them copies of my invoices and 3 months of bank statements. I was not happy about my money disappearing from my account, but I sent them what they wanted. Now they say that because I give a warranty on my work, they don't ALLOW that. They now say I have to contact my customers and have them sign a paper that says they will cancel their warranty . I told Icon that I guarantee my work, and it is has nothing to do with them how I warranty my work. The manager informed me that is is their business, and they do NOT AllOW my warranty. They have not released my money. I called Jon Cannon four times before he called me back- there is nothing he can do until next week, in the meantime Icon is holding my money, and I wasn't able to pay payroll yesterday. Beware of this company, they are the rudest and sneakiest people I have ever had to deal with in the business world. I welcome anyone having issues with them to call me! Jodi Groshong 602-257-4447
