Sample returned and was charged
I have called Hydroderm customer service for 2 days and have held on the phone this am for 30 minutes only to get a rcording that their office is closed. I have returned the sample as requested with RMA # in the appropriate time but have been charged $69.00 on my credit card for the amount. I want to cancel any memberhoip with them and have them credit my account with the $69.00. I did not care for this product for me. Thank you. JP

Unauthorized charges
I ordered online what I thought was a "free trial", when I received their products there were invoices enclosed saying that I would be billed $69.00 and $47.00 respectively, but if I returned the product within 30 days I would NEVER be billed. So, I called to complain and they said their computers were being worked on. So I called everyday and they had the same excuse. So, after a week I called and they said that I didn't need an "RMA" number to return the product, to just write the Order ID numbers on the envelope and they would accept the return. Then I got my bank statement and they CHARGED ME!! Now when I call the number it is always busy, or you get an automated voice and then get automatically cut off. I've reported them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU but have yet to get a reply from this company. DO NOT ORDER THE FREE TRIAL - IT IS A RIP OFF!!!

Unauthorized billing
I have got the same problem with this so called "company". I have tried to cancel my product, but could not do it because they have no real website for "login" (they provided it but never works), and when use their auto phone system to cancel, the message is that they can not find my record. What heck! They charge my credit card every two months! I really don't know how to deal with them. Want some advices from people who have encounter the same problems. Hydrodem product does have problems, if it's really good product, the company don't have to do this way.

Scam
This scam is even WORSE than those complaints in 2006 I read about. I called for several weeks to get an RMA number (whatever that is) to return my unused product and NOT be billed but was told every time the "system was down" and to call back. I would NOT be billed. WHATEVER!!! There is no system!!! They billed me anyway. I was told to send it back with a tracking number. I was still billed. I found out the address is an old abandoned warehouse. I CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY before they could charge me another $70. These people MUST be stopped. I can't believe this has gone on for so many years. I am reporting this to the FBI.

Un-able to cancel membership
Unable to cancel my membership either by phone or internet.

No customer service rep to speak with, and no login ability to
my account. Shipments continue and can't be stopped.

billed for product
I wrote to cancel future order as they sent message unable to get paid from my account, I recieved a trail period and used product and got paid for the product. I exlpained iam having skin reactions to other stuff so not to reorder anymore.. however.. I saw on bank statement they charged me anyway & I dont even have a product shipped.. I would like them to refund my account.. asked them to stopped future orders. Iam unable to use it though it did work.. I have health issues with skin not related to their product and under doctors care. So unable to use it if having reactions & hives. thank you

Rip off
I received a fraud alert that three charge attempts were made on my account by Hydroderm Skincare in California. I received my credit card bill on the same day, and saw 2 more charges (one for $8.90, and one for $38.85) and I have never heard of this company or ordered anything from them. I tried to find out about this company and saw reviews from others with similar experiences. I have no idea how they got my credit card number. Beware!!! There is a major scam going on with this company. Can someone please locate and lock up these crooks?

customer service & product
This product does not work! And whenever you call to return the product they tell you their system is down. After I returned the unused product within the alotted time they still charged my credit card! When I called to tell them about my credit card charge they said their system was down again and that a representative would call me the next day. They never called! Do not order this product!!!

illegal access to account and refusal to respond to emails
This company refuses to respond to emails and forward RMA numbers. Prior to the expiration of the free trial period I contacted them through email to cancel the membership and requested an RMA number and notified them they were not allowed to utilize my card. I also called the 800 number and was informed the "system was down" and to call back and was assured there would be no billings or shipments. This went on for over 2 weeks and guess what, they charged my account. I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a refund or even getting a response to my 8 emails sent. Both numbers are now busy at all hours of the day. If this happens to anyone else and you have notified them of the desire to cancell and withdrawn any authorization to charge your account, check with your bank. They may be able to file a fraud charge against Hydroderm and refund your money.

I certainly wish I had found the complaints site prior to ordering from this company.
