no shipment recieved charged by credit card
I have been a member for many years. I have been happy with the service and the product. I received my Sept. shipment[none in October] None in November. My credit card was charged November 5th. Still no shipment. I have called several times to be put on hold for 30 minutes. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was cut off x 3, and get no results. If they are going broke, let us know and quit playing games, and quit charging. Where are the consumers rights in this area. Just tell the truth.

unauthorized shipments
I have attempted twice to cancel this order and they have continued to ship and automatically charge my credit card. I have tried both by phone and internet to contact them to no avail. This company is a rip off. The product is bogus. They need to be investigated and stopped. The billing comes through support@eletra ashpayments.com. You cannot access this e address. I am at a loss as to what to do.

Unauthorized billing
Order 30 day trial of Hydroderm. Called on 9/24 for a RMA# but was told computers were down and to call back on Friday. Insisted in talking to supervisor who instructed me to use my order # as RMA. I was charged $84 for something I didn't want and never received! Called today 10/27 and was told computers are still down! Insisted on talking to supervisor again but he was of no help. His name (he says) is Jay Jimenez. He took my order # and said he would see what he could do. I told him I would take action in reporting them and expected to call on Monday 11/3 to find out if I have been refunded. Based on other complaints, I don't expect any action.

CHARGED VISA
Hydroderm charged my credit card and I did not re-order-plus I did not receive another shipment. I informed them during the first 30 days that I did not wish to re-order and that they should not use my credit card again!! I want a credit applied to my credit card ASAP!!

charged fro prduct returned
i returned product in time allowed, with required rma number and still was charged for product for $86.52. i been trying for days, weeks and hours to contact company and they hang up when i explain problem. i want my money back now and written apology for my inconvience and thier horrible service.

Paid but never rec'd. product
I ordered the product & received it 3 times, but then I noticed I wasn't getting it anymore, but found I was charged for it on my Visa (automatic deduction) & never got the shipment. Then when I called to cancel I was told their computer system was down. I tried two times a week apart & it was the same story. I am going to have my Visa company try & get the money back from them...I know I probably won't see a penny of it so therefore I want people to know about this fradulant company.

Trying to cancel further shipments
I cancelled any further orders 9-20-08 via E-mail. I have been charged 56.90 on Oct.14, 2008. This was drafted out of my checking account. I tried to call the 800 # and the 866#, but got a recording. I do not want them to send me or charge me. This is the 2nd request.

Unauthorized billing
Product was ordered on line and delivered within the stated time frame. I was dissatisfied with the product and returned the unused portion as required to cancel my membership. I contacted the company by phone to insure that I would not be charged the 90+ dollars for a two month supply. I was assured by two different supervisors that I was be excluded from any further deliveries or charges. I did not receive any additional shipments (I did not want additional shipments), but I was charge $90.93 cents. I contacted my bank, filed a claim but ended up still having the above amount subtracted from my checking account. I also filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau of Culver City. If this problem is not rectified, I will have to close my bank account----this is extremely frustrating.

What happened to this company?
I have used this product for years and actually liked it for me. The website used to be helpful and there was a section for members to log in and manage their account/ shipments so that if you did not need the product in the 30 day time frame you could schedule it out. For years this worked fine but only recently I have to come to find out that their website no longer offers any pertinent consumer information and limited means to get a hold of them. Only an 800 number. Like many of the people here I tried to get a hold of them and was put on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off. I called back waited another 20 minutes and told the customer service rep to cancel my subscription/ membership because I did not find it in my best interest to do business with this company. This from a satisfied customer. There is something inherently wrong if your business model makes it a chore for even loyal customers to do business with you. This company did not used to be like this, I have no idea what happened but no one should have to work so hard to give a company their hard earned money. There are other products out there and better companies to deal with that do business ethically and I intend to find one of them. It will not be Hydroderm anymore.
