I have not order this product anymore, and again I am getting charged for it. more than 65.oo dlls to my crdit card. I am not happy wiyth this, need to stop. I already called the number it says in the bix and the tracking number and they don't recognize the number or anything. It is a HUGE SCAM.

Was charged $84.00 for a product that i did not order or receive. Called Hydroderm and explained and they blew me off. Made several other calls to them and no response Explained did not receive item, didn't even know what item was or for what use and was told was trial offer and had not returned within 30 day period and was charged full price of $84.00. Refused to listen or refund money they took out of bank account using debit card. This is fraud on their part and they are well aware of it.

I ordered this "free Sample" over the internet. A couple weeks later I was debited from my checking account. This all began in Sept. 2008. I have called several times and was promised that I would be returned my money. I returned the "free Sample" unused in their box with the proper mailing specifications, i.e. codes etc. I have repeatedly tried to contact this company and repeatedly told that the money would be refunded within the next two weeks. Do I contact the better business bureau. Who is personally responsible for this company?

I received a free trial offer that was charged to my account, called to have it credited to my charge and to mail back the trial offer 89. & 5.95 shipping.
The following month this happened again, I returned, and again the following month and I returned it again at my own cost.
I don't know nor do I care if this wrinkle cream works I don't want it and I don't want to be billed for this either.
