Trial Order delivery
Is this complaint going to stop Hydroderm from billing me. I have no need for the product. I haven't even started showing signs of wrinkles. I recieved a package from them and now I can't even get in contact with them to send it back. Website is down and don't even try calling, they want answer, they acutally hang up on you. I'm a single parent, struggling to make ends meet and they're trying to cause more hell for me. I can't believe this. I can't even afford to buy groceries because of these gas prices and they want to attempt to make me purchase something I have no use for.

Unauthorized charges
6 months ago I decided to try a "free" hydroderm trial for less than $6 postage. I received the package and tried the product, and knowing that it would take more than a month to see results, waited for the next batch.
A further batch never arrived, however I found that i was charged almost $70 for the free trial. Next I was double charged on my credit card for two products I didn't receive. I emailed support, explaining I had been double charged, waited a week, but received no response. I tried emailing again, waited a further week but had no response. I tried calling, and asked to cancel the product.
I have just received my credit card bill and note I have been double charged again - despite never having received goods. When I tried to browse to the website to cancel my membership and make a complaint, it looks as though it has been closed down.
I then tried bodyshape in a search engine and found a new website - but it has only advertising, no contact details, and no membership login so I can cancel my account. So I have been charged nearly $350, received one "free" sample and the worst customer service ever.
I have just called my credit card company and have canceled my card - getting a new one issued... A real hassle but worth it if it means getting rid of this company. I have also asked the credit card company to launch a fraud investigation into Hydroderm.
Tomorrow I intend to call the call center one last time to see if i can get any support. I never even got to see if the cream was real or not - i hoped it would be... but the service levels are so poor, the company practices must be considered fraudulent.
I urge you NOT to subscribe to any free trial associated with is company!

montly billing not autorized
I RECIVED A FREE TRIAL OFFER FOR 6.44$, AFTER THAT THIS COMPANY WANTS TO BILL ME MONTLY FOR THE PRODUCT THAT I DIDIN'T ORDER, FOR $ 84.00 (PLUS S/H).
I DON''T' WANT ANY ADDIZIONAL CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD, WHEN I NEED
THE PRODUCT I'LL MAKE THE ORDER.

They’ve sold my email address to spammers
I got very little spam until Hydroderm got my email address. I have my own domain, so I assign email addresses so I can know who is sending the email.
Now I'm getting 25 to 30 spam emails a day hawking everything from financial newsletters to sexual enhancement products - all using Hydroderm's email address I assigned only to them.
So, I know they sold the email address to an astounding number 3rd parties - everyone that sends an email to the Hydroderm email address that I assigned only to them. I only hope that's all my information that they sold.
I'm reporting their activity and the email spamming they precipitated to our state attorney general office.

False credit card use
I started to received their trial product and me paying shipping. if not stop will be charged for the full product at whatever the cost is. I am expected to pay the return postage cost too!

Unauthorized charges
I noticed that on my checking account statement that there was a charge of 5.95 for hydroderm. I thought that it was something that my wife had ordered, but when I asked her she said that she new nothing about it. I then received a box of the hydroderm product. This company is getting peoples credit card numbers and shipping address from somewhere and sending out there product with no approval. I have cancelled my credit card and notified my bank. I will not be shipping back the product since I never ordered it. I consider it a gift.

Beware of them
My elderly father has received 2 shipments of Hydroderm products within the last 2 weeks. He did not order these products and is entangled with a perpetual billing/ship cycle. Hydroderm or aka Body Shape is not registered with the Secretary of State in California or with the Secretary of State in our state, under either name. Which means they are NOT authorized to conduct business in either state. This potentially presents legal problems on a state level for this company, if these are the business names they use. You can request a copy of their current Charter ID# with your local secretary of state. They usually post this information online for all registered/active businesses.
I will not follow the RMA return policy as described on their invoice to return the products, as this would imply that there was an actual order agreement between this company and my father. Anyone who has received these products without requesting them or through identity theft should not recognize their terms and conditions for return, since there is no REAL contract that exists. I will request Hydroderm/Body Shape's UPS account # to return all products COLLECT through their account and expense.
I will also send with my request for their shipping account # a copy to our local District Attorney's office to pursue a criminal investigation. Our state criminal codes 14:68.6 (Unauthorized ordering of goods or services) and 14:73:5 (Computer Fraud) seem to be applicable for this situation. I am not an attorney nor do I have any legal background; however, I have found several very useful criminal code (law) sites on the internet.
It will be up to the DA's office on how to proceed with this matter. If this is a criminal case, it's better to put our tax dollars to work with our local DA's office, than to retain a private attorney. I think the victims have lost enough time, money and worry on this!

Stolen identity/Credit card fraud
6/3/08 Out of the blue 3 unsolicited packages were delivered - 2 from Hydroderm and 1 from FRS Healthy Energy. All three charged shipping to my credit card. I called the credit card company to deny payment for these charges but I will probably have further hassles to remove these charges. Evidently this company has a long history of ripoffs/scams. This is intolerable. Internet providers should deny access to this company and any of its representatives or agents.
The Hydroderm shipments included a form re a FREE trial that ends on 7/3/2008 at which time they will bill me for $49.95 if I dont do "something". They provided an INTERNET ADDRESS & PASSWORD I could log ontgo and discontinue my "membership" or I could call an 800 number. They also stated they could not accept any packages marked RETURN TO SENDER. Or I could ask my customer service representative about rescheduling ??? whatever that is...or whoever that is.

Stolen Identity, false order
I received an order out of the blue - never ordered, never heard of and all of a sudden it showed up. It took several days to get a hold of the company but when I did and endured a 15 minute wait time, they seemed responsive BUT I am not sure there will be credit as they promised on my AMEX card. We'll see. TOTAL Scam.

I've never ordered their product
I too, am a Hydroderm victim!
Today, sent by USPS, their product arrived, advising me my checking acct was debited $5.95 and would be further charged $69 + s&h after June 14th, if I kept their product!
How did Hydroderm get my bank information as well as my home address ~ very scary!! ~ I never ordered their product!
I notified my bank, refuting the charge and will accept this as a free gift, since Hydroderm cannot prove I ever authorized this order.
Any company that operates in this illegal manner forfeits the product sent unsolicited; I will take the proper steps by notifying my bank and consider this Hydroderm product as a gift, since I in no way will pay any cost to return something sent unsolicited.
