I would advise anyone who is even thinking of ordering from this company NOT to! The are a sham and a rip-off! They have made 2 unauthorized debts from my bank account. I do an accounting of my bank account on a daily basis and found that on July 13, 2009 HMS deducted 19.95 from my account for a "membership fee" which I was unaware of and when I called HMS I was told that I agreed to this when I placed an order for a one time purchase of a dvd. I was repeatedly told I would not recieve a refund...I would not accept that as the final answer and finally the lady refunded the 19.95 and at that time I told her that I not longer wanted to be affilated with the company to delete all and any info pertaining to me from their database. Well once again while reviewing my account today I seen another charge for 10.57 from HMS. When I called I was told it was for the dvd that became available today. I explained to the man that answered the phone that I cancelled my ordered back on July 13, 2009 and provided him with a cancellation number and that I did not authorize the monies taken from my account and wanted a full refund asap. He replied that he would cancel my order (mind you that was already cancelled on 7-13-2009) and that the charge would disappear from my account after a couple of days. Needless to say I have contacted my bank and they are investigating and I have contacted the BBB and I am contacting a lawyer. Enough is ENOUGH!!! Do not do business with HMS they are crooks who mislead people and take monies they are not authorized to take. It has been a learning experience and one that can not end fast enough for me. Beware of HMS!!!
