Didn't Order It
Dear Person's,
I didn't order this product, I recieved one free one. But, did not authorize any them to send anymore. They are taking the amoun t out of my Bank Account. OUr Bank is investagating.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered the "FREE" 10 day sample of HoodiaCut and was informed I would only be billed shipping fees on my credit card. It was received with no statement, invoice, or further information. This product did nothing except give me heart palpitations. Three weeks later, I received a 30 day supply bottle of the stuff with no statement or invoice. Upon checking my credit card account, I saw I was charged $69.95 for this item. I called the HoodiaCut company and was told by "Ashley" I did agree to the order by ordering the free sample and paying for it with my credit card. I offered to return it unopened and "Ashley" said they do not accept returns on their product and my credit card would not be adjusted for this unauthorized purchase. She said there was a clause when ordering this "FREE SAMPLE" that unless you called in a certain amount of time, you are agreeing to further monthly purchases. This clause is very well hidden. A reputable company first of all, would accept a return if dissatisfied. A reputable company would also reiterate within the "FREE SAMPLE" order package, that further bottles of their product would automatically be sent. It's clearly a tricky scam on the part of this company. I intend to dispute this charge with my credit card and re-dispute if I have to. I also will be writing a letter to the Arizona Attorney General. These kind of scammers need stopped!! Beware of HoodiaCut!!

charge of $69.95
I requested a free sample of this product, but the only result from using it was an upset stomach. I certainly would not order more, but I received another 30 day supply and my credit card has been charged $69.95.

I requested a free sample which arrived and then I was charged 69.95 on my debit card. Unable to contact this company through their listed contact site.

Charged my credit card without my approval. Hard to get a hold of this company to have them stop sending product and stop charging my credit card account.

Billed for unauthorized shipment of Hoodiacut.
Did not authorize $69.95 shipment of product. Have computer copy of order. No authorization indicated. Thought I would have 30 days to try product. They shipped the second bottle only 10 days after 1st one. The product doesn't work. Unaware of their 14 day cancellation policy.
Contacting FTC to complain.

Fraud and scam
I was offered a free sample for $5.99 shipping which I received. Then I received a UPS package with a larger bottle, no return address and no invoice. I researched the internet and discovered many complaints about them putting people on autoship and charging their credit cards every month without authorization. I contacted my credit card company and they said a charge of $69.99 had been put through which I disputed. I called the number 877 492 9036 which sent me to 888 298 1382 which outlined a procedure for opening a customer service account on a web page which seemed to me to just be a runaround as part of their strategy to make correction difficult if not impossible.

unsolicited product
I ordered tv offer of free pills and pay postage. Within 1 wk of receiving free pills and billed for postage...an additional supply was mailed to me (unsolicited) and I was bill $69 plus on my credit card.
I did NOT order the additional supply and will not pay.
There is no information about contacting the company, either on website or in the mailing I received. I am d.. mad about being scammed and will not accept those charges.
