Fraud and theft
Have read many complaints about this product and have to say mine runs along the same line as all the others. Received trial offer for $5.49 - a few days later here comes another larger one through mail -- did not order. The first one I did order. Can accept it--but the larger one ($69.95) is more than I can accept. Haven't opened either one. Will return both. Am afraid to use product. Have called this phone # and canceled. The man I spoke with assured me that he had canceled - no further orders would be sent to my address. Will have to wait and see. I have talked with credit card company so they know what's going on.

received capsules I did not order
I ordered my free trial of Hoodiacut and paid the shipping and handling charge. But I did not authorize any further product being sent to my address or billed to my debit card. Please advise whom ever is in charge that I do not want any further product, and cancel any further transactions...

Frauds and scams
HoodiaCut should be ashamed of themselves scamming on people who do not give them any information to ship their AWFUL product and charge people for it. I would never try your diet pill and I never will! I don't have the funds for this but you people don't take in account who you're scamming and then have the audacity to not credit someone who would never purchase your product. If you're an employee for this company, you should feel bad about yourself. I feel bad for you!

Unauthorized credit card charges
Same as millions, tried free trial offer and the next week i received another bottle and they are charging my credit card $69.95 something really needs done to them. They don't answer any of the phone numbers and there is no real address to sent the garbage back! Someone help!!!

this is a SCAM!!! i did not order anotehr bottle and i did not autorizie any more to be sent. remove me from the list immediately and do not ever send me another bottle. i will never order from this kind of a company again!!!

false charges
Advertised free sample with only cost being shipment...have now received two charges for $69.95, without any additional products. I have cancelled the card out so that they cannot continue any additional charges and will dispute all costs to date. I would have done so earlier but I was away from home on vacation for 4 weeks. I am very interested in pursuing a class action law suit against this so called company. I gave them the opportunity to reverse the charges. I spoke with 'Nicole' who refused to give me a last name. When I asked for the shipping information, at first she had no record of tracking numbers. Upon pushing the issue she told me that I would have to speak with a 'supervisor' but miraculously came back (after a 10 minute hold) with 2 tracking numbers. Again, I am very interested in pursuing a class action law suit against the scam.

Charged $69.95 for something I didn't order
I accepted a 10 day trial offer for $5.49 for shipping the product/I did not authorize anything else and then when I read bottle only to find out that if your taking any kind of prescription medication that you should not take these pills - which of course was never stated in the add.Help!!!
