Fraud!!
I have recieved the initial sample for $5.95 that i did authorize, making SURE there were no follow up orders or agreements!!! and then recieved a 30 day supply that I DID NOT order along with a $69.95 charge! I called and spoke with a woman who said she stopped my "order" refusing to acknowlege that there was NO agreement involved! A month later I have recieved ANOTHER 30 day supply and ANOTHER charge for $69.95!! Accessing the web site provides NO contact info, no reciept came nor was there a return address! The phone # on the bottle got me to a very rude girl who said they had no record of my previous call, they do not accept returns even unopened and refused to give me an address or any further info. Has anybody contacted the Attorney General to stop these people???

Hoodiacut sent did not order
Another bottle sent to me and billed my credit card. There is no bill or receipt in the package. I would like to cancel, but no information available.

UnauthorizedCharge
Sent for a free trial and was subsequently sent additional product and charged $69.95 without authorization. I don't think these terms were mentioned on trial offer.

Unauthorized charges
Why can't we get this mess canceled after we tried the free trial. Does anyone know how to stop this. They will not cancel over the phone and you cannot do it through the internet. I have received two more orders of this and did not order it. They say read the fine print. At the time I ordered it was not there. With all the complaints they have apparently put it in it all of a sudden.

unauthorized charges
I ordered the trial size for $5.95 and nowhere on the site did it say it would be shipped again in 30 days and charged to my card. It is on the site now but it was not there when I ordered the trial size. When I called to complain the people were very ugly about it.

took money out of my checking account without my permission
I was checking my account yo see if I had enough money to pay my water bill.To my surprise there was a charge for 69.95.I was told I would be charged 5.49 for shipping and handling .When they took the money out of my account I had seventy-five cent.I had to borrow money to keep my account from being overdrawn.Times are hard, have been since Katrina.How can people steal and sleep at night. I have three kids, one in college.AGAIN I SAY TIMES ARE HARD, MONEY IS TIGHT.My daughter had a birthday on August 7, I had nothing to give her not even a cake.I am very unhappy about this.My job is a very hard job and I work hard for every penny.We live from pay check to pay check, from week to week I have about five in my account.My daughter has a job and she tries to help.There is no way I would have spend 70.00 on me for a membership or whatever these scam artist or saying it is.I thought I would be billed 5.49 nothing else.

does not accept return of product and will not credit back for charges
I spoke with customer service and told them that I am not allowed to take in their product for health reasons. I also told him that I have not opened the product given that I had to consult my physician before taking it and I am willing to return even the trial product.
I was told that they are not accepting returns of products which is not exactly a fair policy given that there are people like me who can not take in green tea extract.
I hope you can let me know how I can elevate this matter.

Billed $69.00 without permission
The offer was $5.49 for shipping of a trial offer. Next thing I find my account charged $69.00 for a bottle I not only did not open, I immediately shipped back and this is before I knew they deducted the $69.00. I'm outraged, this means war! I will go to the federal government with the complaint and file. I have called and demanded repayment which hasn't happened. I've had enough with the scam crap. We're in America not Africa for God sakes! What is the matter with people? If scam/con artists don't have the balls to scam face to face, then they're no different than politicians! I suppose this is also a scam set up by hoodiacut. Figures.
