Multiple charges to credit card
I ordered the trial sample for $4.95, then decided to try 30 days worth for $89. Well, they charged me for the new 30 day order, which didn't work the way they said it would. Then they sent me 2 more orders and charged my credit card for 2 more $89 shipments without my consent. This company should be stopped. Do not order this product or give them your credit card number!!!

hoodia powder
I ordered the free trial of Hoodia Powder and used my debit card to pay the $4.95 shipping and handling charge. I did NOT agree to purchase any further amounts of this product, however, I received a double order by UPS today and was charged the full price ON MY DEBIT CARD !!!! i WANT THIS CHARGE DEDUCTED FROM MY CARD IMMEDIATELY AS I HAVE RETURNED THE UNOPENED PACKAGE TODAY.

Scam!
I had purchased the product last week for a free trial and pay only shipping and handling. The website stated to receive product next day by fedex ground, no such luck. Still haven't received product! I FEEL SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY SO I CANCELED MY CC THEY USED FOR THE $4.87 AND THAT WILL BE ALL THEY GET OUT OF ME!!! I WILL GET ANOTHER CC IN MAIL-CAN'T GET $ BACK!!! I HOPE OTHERS WILL BE WISE TOO!

Never credited my account, after full return of product not asked to be sent in the first place
I ordered a 2 week trial of Hoodia Fusion from FOX news website.
Here I was ordering something for a friend to try out, I paid the shipping costs received the 2 week trial amount and before I knew I had a bundle of the stuff sent to me the following week.
Again, no enclosures NOTHING. I returned the product certified mail, return receipt (which I did get back signed).....and they have yet to credit my account for the $89.00. I have reported them to the fraud division of Bank of America in hopes that they can retrieve my money.
I also called a # in Provo Utah for a Gregory Crosby (googled hudia fusion and came up with an obnoxious website of this guy and his family posing in photos obviously taken in a tropical setting.....a vacation this guy probably paid for with all of the money he has ripped off from people ordereing this USELESS product).

Fraudulent unauthorized debits!
My debit card has been charged twice ($89.97) that i did not authorize. The company cannot be reached at any of their numerous numbers or their "sales support" website. I have submitted a formal dispute of the unauthorized charges and will now likely have to get a new debit card to make these withdrawals stop. This company is a total fraud and should be subject to legal action for theft.

Unauthorized shipment of product!
I called Hoodia Fusion for their sample Hoodia product. Received the sample packets and within a few days, (2) 30 days packets arrived which I didn't order. There was not any information with these and this was put on my credit card charges. Again a 3rd, 30 day packet arrived. I have not opened any of them. I have called them numerous time and left my name and phone number, which they say to do. They have never contacted me. I have called my credit card and tried to have these charges removed, by a complaint. They said I need to cancel my order, first before they will work on the complaint. Therefore, at this time, Nov 8, 2007 @ 9:50 AM, I am doing so.
This is a total rip off. Don't touch.

Fraudulent use of my credit card
Three months ago a charge from Hoodia Fusion came up on my monthly statement from Discover Card. I called the card co to report the item. I was told that it had gone to dispute and Hoodia Fusion had documentation it was my charge. This is a downright lie. I was told by Discover, I would have to straighten the matter out with H.F. However, I cannot reach this fly by night operation. I was not offered the said document by Discover to back up my so called signature on the order... I have since cancelled my credit card with Discover. Adele Meyer

Scam and rip off
Don't believe the "free trial offer" advertisement. These people are crooks and I hope that the BBB takes them down. I too got scammed into ordering the 14 day trail and on the 14th day following the initial order, I called to cancel. And guess what... yep, they had already charged my account. I'm furious. It may even be a good product, but because of how they do business people would never be repeat customers.
There has to be something we can do.

No such terms and conditions seen!
I agreed only to the 4.97 shipping and handling charge. There were no such terms and conditions on the site. Next thing I saw was 89.97 missing out of my account. Not once but twice in one month! Called them up, and they tell me because I didn't cancel before the 30 day trail, they are not able to refund my money. What 30 day trail? there was no such thing. They said they would cancel my account and guarantee there will be no more charges. I don't trust them, I'm inactivating my card.

I ordered a sample packet of Hoodia for only the Shipping & handling to be billed to my credit card. They charged me the full price of &89.98.
