My brother had HDFC bank 'value plus ' credit card no; 4346772000705946 and name is d.b. avaiya and he was death in road accident. So i inquiry in HDFC bank for his personal accident insurance. They told me he get 1 lacs insurance then i submit all the document on 22-22-2007 but don't get any answer.
