respected officials, i am elan deeban working as an engineer in this company for mor than a year .this owner didnt sent me for vaccation and he didnt given me the salary for the last 9 months, i givent my resignation 6 months before, but still now i didnt get cancelled .i went to the labour court for more than 15 times, and now they tranfer this to the court angain this is the 3 time went to court .but they given me the date on 10th of june 2009.i didnt went to job after i given my resignation.so i am job and salary less person living in my friends help. each and every time they simply give date and the owner will not come, again they use to give the next date ... this is what happening for the past 8 month.think my position i am here for more than 8 month without money .he didnt given labour card, health card, and i didnt give me the agreed salary too.and i request him to cancell my visa but he didnt even came once.please do somthing for me please i beg you all ...
