I have been trying to get info on these products from "Hamptom Bay" an apparent house brand for "Home Depot" which is not stated anywhere, as is a phone or website with the info that comes with the items in the store. Apparently the Customer Service desk at Home Depot either doesn't know this is a house brand, or refuses to let it be known.

Unfortunately the phone number provided goes to "Home Depot Customer Support, " which might be good, but it is an automated system, and when left running for more than 5 hours, NEVER picked up, just kept repeating the same recording for several choices (none which were appropriate).

I purchase three Hampton Bay ceiling fans at a cost of almost 1 thousand dollars. They are all in the same room. The fan blade arm fractured on one, sending the blade flying almost hitting my wife.
Hampton Bay said the parts are no longer available. I bought them 1 1/2 years ago! What kind of garbage is this? What happened to the ten year clause to always have parts available.
It says life time warranty!!! Model involved "Berlinini" Model 403 652. I will never buy another thing at Home Depot. Lowes is more professional in their dealings with brand names to choose from. I learned my lesson, don't buy garbage. I should contact my lawyer and sue for my cost in replacing all three fans.

I bought 2 packages (4 lights per box) of Hampton Bay model 237-002 lights. 7 of the 8 initially worked, but after several weeks, ony TWO light up on a regular basis. Several are just dead, and some occasionally and randomly light up. 3 that were dormant lit up last night, but after a full day of sun today, no light at all.

Thses are the WORST solar lights I've ever bought, and there are close to 80 (or more) in our exterior gardens.

I will never by anything with the Hampton Bay name again.

I bought a set of Hampton Bay Solar lights from Home Depot, model 79778 and they only work intermittantly, sometimes not at all.
Oddly enough, If I cover the sensor and the solar panel inside in a pitch dark room, they work great. Outside, in the backyard, they only seem to work once in a while.
I have tested the batteries and they all test good, so the recharger circuit is working..there is something defective in the sensor, I suspect.
Can't find the receipt and threw out the box. Ironically, the cheap light I bought for $3.97 works great..not Hampton Bay.

Paint is bubbling and pealign after 1 season of use.
