i would like to make a complain since i dont know where the column to complain.this on 20th mar 2010 went to c movie alice in wonderland at summit gsc.first buy 1 adult ticket and 2 child.later within 5 mins i came back to buy another adult seat.my req is to shift the earlier seats i bought to sit together with my additional seat that i want to buy.but the supervisor name savitri did not give full cooperation with me and said to me"once the ticket is out is already money to us"in dat case i need to buy new sets of seat.i ask for cooperation either wait until the time started and switch us to new seats so i can sit together since theres 2 adult and 2 child.but the staff refuse to help and did not give me any solution to help me.since is not the money problem to me and since my mother want to join me see the movie i bought new sets of seats so dat we can sit together and i still have the 3 seats earlier i bought without using it.so it makes i have 7 seats all together.i really am upsets about this matter and would like to take to the higher authority if possible to sort this thing out or take action to the supervisor on duty and i still have the 3 seats ticket that have not yet been torn.and for your info the movie was not that full and she could possibly help or do some favor to us since we r the customer and im adding a seat not cancel or ask for refund but no help come from her.i really am want to see some action as soon as possible and do come back to [email protected] here i attached the ticket sets of 4 that been torn and ticket sets of 3 that have not been torn yet.
