The construction is many years late and the developer is so far refusing to return deposits. Groupe Mustapha Benaboud has many developments so check before investing. DO NOT USE THIS DEVELOPER - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!.
	Morocco_Investor July 29, 2009 Withholding Money Be aware this developer has taken considerable sums of money from European investors as deposits on property at developments in Morocco, namely Sania Plage he will not pay back deposits after 1 and half years and owes in excess of 1 million Euros. Do not hand over your deposits.
