i noticed unauthorized charges from another company EASY SAVER $14.95 for the last 3 months WTF is going on ? After a little research the EASY SAVER came back to being linked to a purchase my wife made on PROFLOWERS.com i called them and they gave me a # to call and get refunded. Still dont know where this GREAT FUN is linked too im going to call the 800 285 5903 in the morning and see what happens. As if things arent hard enough rt now we need to constantly check for BS charges to our accounts

I purchase tickets and a rental car through Hotwier back in March of 2009 and all of a sudden I noticed that I was being charged on my american express card which I had not used since then. They tried telling me that they send me information by email and by mail which i never received so I asked for a refund of the money and told them the charges were never approved. How can they get away with this? I wonder how many people dont even pay attention and loose money with this company. I hope they will refund me the money soon.

I have two complaints I cancelled your services just after I joinedl, and yet I was deducted the 12.99
in my last checking account statement. What a surprise. I no I was cancelled because
when I got here to this site I was told there was no record of my being registered. So I had to register
again. I would hope someone at great fun can take care of this matter.
Secondly I would hope you would stop sending me those stupid checks to join something. I just grind
them up. Please send me an E-mail to confirm this is being taken care of.

I found out about this "membership" by seeing charges to my bank account. The company name did trigger a connection in some questionable junk mail I'd received and set for shredding. The junk mail was in the form of low dollar checks addressed to me with the small print catch of "cash 'em and get charged a 100+ dollar fee" with the bonus of being enrolled in a misc. membership I do not want. Ummm... yeah... NOT INTERESTED.

I called in to make sure this membership is cancelled and to have the charges refunded to me. The agent told me that I was signed up on the true credit site and that it was in return for a 15 dollar rebate (that I didn't get, by the way.) I explained once that I never wanted it and it needs to be cancelled. She proceeded to offer a new trial period and the membership materials I never received... telling me "so, I'll keep your account active" to which I responded, "thanks for the offer, but I do not want the account." She then told me, "I understand, you are eligible for a discounted fee and you will still have services under your account until June X on top of an additional 30 day trial period extending you to July X..." Just as I was about to inform her for the 3rd or 4th time that I DO NOT and did not want the account, the line dropped.
So, upon not knowing whether she actually cancelled my account and wanting a documented, but quick method of communication, I sent in an email with the same request.
I am already considering reporting them to the FTC, but they'll be looking at a bigger complaint if they don't cancel this membership and refund my money. It's not a large sum of money, but the principal of this business practice is wrong. That small charge can be a huge deal for many people out there in the world working hard just to get by!

this company has illegally charged my discover card for something i know nothing about. i have never heard of this company or ever done business with them. I have had to call my credit card company and cancel my card because of this. This has now been turned over to the fraud division of the credit card company.
