charged my account twice after it was cancelled
I cancelled my membership before the trial period expired. This company has charged my account twice. I have called them again and they assured me this time it would be done and that my account will be refunded in 12 days. This time I got the id # of the person I spoke to.

Fraudulant charge
This company charges my credit card $11.99 for I have no idea what! When I attempted to contact them at the 800 number posted on my bill I was left on hold for several minutes.

illegal charges
I got a postcard from Great Fun saying they will start charging my credit card, well I went back and looked at my statement and they have been charging me 10.99 for the past year. I have no recollection of signing up for any of thier products. I have not even thought of planning a trip. And I get nothing but attitude when trying to cancel. How do companies get away with this.

Charging my credit card unauthorized
I noticed I kept getting a charge for 11.99 each month from this company. I nor my husband ever signed up for this. We don't do that. I have had to close down my acct with my credit card but these people need to be stopped. I was informed that they have done this to others.

Unautorized charges
I first discovered this charge over a year ago. I called them then and they said that they would stop the charge. I pay my bills electronically so I thought that it was taken care of. I know notice that the charge is still occurring.

Unauthorized charge 35.99
I was charged 35.99 on my Child Support Debit Card for no reason i have no clue of who these people are or why they did this to a mom that can't afford for them to take my kids child support away from them. I have not used my card for anything in the past 6 months why they are taking it away and not even answering the phone to figure this out like adults i don't know. I am going to do whatever it takes to get the money back for my kids even if it involves calling my local police dept.

Unauthorized charges!
This company is pulling latest CC scam. They are 3rd party running off priceline.com to view tickets. I did not authorize this charge but did use CC 4 mos ago to purchase a ticket. They must store your CC information. I am disputing charge at present. This is scam to rip people of via the internet... watch out!!!
My credit card company knew exactly who and what I was talking upon the mention of GREAT FUN. After doing some internet research I dis covered this has been an on going thing since 2006, maybe even soon. Why hasn't any organization or watch dog group taken this company down a notch.

Never agreed to have money taken out of my account
I never authorized great fun to remove any monies from my account for anything. I don't even know what great fun is.

Unaware of this!
I was purchasing an item from Footsmart and by the time I finished my purchase on line a post pops up saying I have purchased a membership with Great Fun...! Now I have a charge of $11.99 a month showing up on my account. I will be getting it BACK!!!

Credit card billed after canceling!
I spent 3 hours going round after round with these jerks last week trying to get a "membership" canceled and my credit card credited. I had been paying for the "service" for 4 months. I didn't notice the charges until I received my March CC statement. This company is a band of out-and-out thieves and they don't care. But after all the grief, aggravation, being hung up on and cut off, they had the audacity to send me a membership card and and member number. You have to read ALL the fine print on the back to find out it's a trial membership for 30 days and if I don't cancel during the 30-day trial period, my CC will be billed monthly. Had I not gone through all I did last week and the, GREAT FUN! logo showing through the address window, I probably would have tossed the envelope without opening it. Right back to square one. These clowns have more balls than God. I want o emphasize, I DID NOT give my credit card number to these A$$hole$; they got it from a 3rd party, Avon. Be extremely cautious even when dealing with a reputable company.
There is a website to go to, www.greatfunsite.com to cancel again. But I'm afraid to go there. If you see Great Fun or Trilegiant, the only key you want to hit is the "X" in the top right corner. If you receive anything in the mail, open it immediately, cancel it and don't bend over until you get your next CC statement.
Buyer Beware.
