Unauthorized Subscription
We have been unknowingly billed every month for 12 months for a $12.95 "Membership" . We have been paying the credit card without noticing the charge. American Express can only give us back credit for 2 months. We are furious. This is a scam. We were scamed at Orbits while getting airline tickets. Somehow we we were automatically subscribed.!

Unauthorized credit card charge
Received a notice that Great Fun was increasing my membership unless I contacted them. I don't know what they are so I called the number but am told to call back. Checked Great Fun site and found that it's a credit card scam.
I contacted by credit card company but cannot do anything until I am charged; then I submit a dispute.
Law enforcement needs to find this outfit and shut it down. A lot of people are being charged who have never authorized it.

Otherwise your new $12.99 membership fee will be automatically billed to your credit or debit card account each month.

I called the listed number to find out what this was about (never heard of GreatFun) and was told that due to high call volume to call back.

Stop charging my credit card
I noticed on my bank statement that I am being charged for something I did not order. I do not know how long these charges been going on but they need to stop. My account is being charged $14.99 a month, and I do not know why.

unauthorized charge on my credit card
order shoes on line thru a website and found later that Great Fun had charged my credit card w/o my permission for memebership. Never asked for this - never received anything asking if I wanted it. Did give me a cancellation number & claim it will be removed from my credit card.

not a fraud
Great Fun is a great membership to have. This membership has saved me lots of money this month. With the changes in the economy, I have been able to use my Great Fun membership to put money back into my pocket on my everyday expenses me and my family. What i suggest you do is give it a try you'll see how much money this membership can save you and your family.

Charginf my debit card twice in the same day
Whoever this company is charge my debit card twice in one day. I called they said it was a mistake and that the charges would be reversed. But they only but one charge back on. I'm so tired of these companies that think they can get by with anything, I think it's time something is done. They think they can just take money from the little people and nothing will happen. I'm contacting a lawyer to see what can be done!!!

unauthorized charge on credit card
I noticed an unauthorized charge of $11.99 on my credit card. I called the number after seeing many other complaints about this company on this site. I was told that when ordering shoes on-line I was offered a 20% discount and accepted. This automatically signed me up for Great Fun! I never received the $20 refund for the 20% discount on the shoes, nor did I received anything by mail or email that they claimed they sent. I refused the $20 discount check they said they would send me and asked for a credit to my account. They said they would do this in 10-15 days. BEWARE.

same as everyone
We were also charged 35.99 on a credit card that we have not used for at least 4 months. How they got it I do not know. We have been hit by three different companies on our phone bill and at least two including this one on a Visa Card. Luckily I caught the Great Fun scam right away...called them...cancelled all future transactions and demanded a refund. They refunded it within days. I am absolutely amazed that companies like this are allowed to exist. CHECK YOUR PHONE BILL! The same stuff happens there. You have to fax copies of invoices etc to get refunded...ridiculous!
