taken money out that i didnt know they were going to do
i had two payments come out of my accout that i did not know it was giong to happen. i was under the impression that all i had to pay was the 1.95 and then later find out that i was charged twice for something i didnt use. one amount was for 69.95 and the other was for 57.61 i would like that money put back into my account as soon as possible and i would like to here from them to my email.

Unauthorized charge
I was charged on August 11 for $57.61, before I was charged $1.95. The operator I called referred me to [email protected], which doesn't exist, saying it was only handled on the internet. This is a scam, and I want my money back. |

unauthorized charges
The add was for a $1.95 processing fee for free grants access. The next day they charged $57.61 to my card without authorization. I called them and cancelled and they provided me with an E-mail address for the refund.
Not sure if I will ever see it.

no kit sent/i want a refund
I ordered a grant kit, paid 1.95 for shp&hndl. After a few weeks I didn't recieve the kit, I called1-866-955-1669, I was then told to go to site [email protected] and here I am. My name is DENISE T. UPSON, 9948 So. Hoxie Ave., CHG.ILL. 60617. They also gave me a user#632872 at the time I requested the kit. I'm also notifying the BBB, I don't want any charges applied to my card. |

Unauthorized Charge
I was charged 57.61 from this company and I didn't authorize this charge. I want a refund and you had better do it quickly or you will be getting sued. My cancellation # is 315306. I will be checking with my bank on a weekly basis to see if this has been credited to my account. If it does not show up by my next regular statement date I will be contacting a lawyer and start lawsuit proceedings.

Unauthorized charges
The Grants360.com web site said they would sent me grant information for just $1.95 shipping but when I checked my bank account there was a charge of $57.61 which I did not authorize. To make matters worse I called their customer support number and was told I would have to request a refund at [email protected]. This address does not exist so now I am not sure what to do. Has anyone managed to get their maney back? |

my credit card was charge for grant info.I never received it
I wanted to applie for grant money for housing.I submited a request which charges a 1.95 for a grant CD'
Which the cd cost.I inputed my credit card information and, i was redirected to grants360.com/kit where
a login requested a username and, password was giving, here's the username and password

I want to cancel with Grants360, but noone answers the phone when you call. I see it's a scam and when you try to contact support website, it directs you back to grants360.com. It's as if you're going in circles.
Can you help?
