Credit Card Fraud

I too have been fleeced by this outfit. They say they are going to call before they send the CD. The call never comes nor does the CD. Then after about two weeks or less for me they charge your credit card an additional $69.95 without your ok. That is credit card fraud. I have had to dispute the charge and have a new card ishuied. Shame on them. I hope the authorities catch up to these SOB's

not received - ordered 10/20/2008

On 10/20/2008 I ordered and paid for a cd of the grant resources. My order number is 2789692. My login to get on the site is pb2789692 my password is 34316894. I understand things happen but I cannot even get on the site to see if it can help me. Please help me with this for I need it.
