Unauthorized charges to my credit card!
This company advertised a free CD to help find Govt. grants and all I would have to pay was a small shipping and handling. However, this company charged my credit card without my knowledge or consent for $39.95. They also gave my card # to NETWORKAGENDA.COM which charged my card 9.95 without my knowledge or consent, along with Business Funding Success which charged my account for $7.95 without my knowledge or consent.

Took money out of my account!
They were supposed to take a 1.99 but then they took an additional 39.95 out of my bank account and Ive tried going back on the website to find out why they took this money and it does not let me back on. I want to know what I can do about this and what I can do to make sure they do not take anymore money out of my account!!!

Unauthorized charges!
I authorized a one time charge of 2.95 for freight only for "free" information regarding government grants. This was in march, they charged this on my account. I have yet to even open the cd, but recently noticed all these "fantom" charges on my charge card. After speaking with someone at the 800 number provided, they refused to give me the true name of the company and were rude and advised me i had 7 days to cancel my "membership". Nothing was mentioned about a membership, all i wanted was the free info promised. There has been nearly 100.00 charged since march for what, i do not know. This is not over as far as I'm concerned! I promptly canceled my so called membership!

Disclaimer is Bunk
While reading thru the complaints about GrantMaster (also under Grant Master with a space) I noticed unfortunately, people are still being ripped off by these people. What I also noticed was many responses made by Ryan R (apparently with Raven Media) and he prints in his response their privacy policy and disclaimer. His says it is stated plainly that by accepting this, you'll also be getting "free" trial periods for other services. Well, that may be so but if these companies are so above board and honest about their dealings, why is it then that every single charge (6 all together) made to my bank account was done with a different company name? I would assume a reputable company would use their real name for each and every charge. So far I've found these companies:
RewardMeMore
NetworkAgenda
BSM/SBA Express
BSM Grant Search
Grant Search Assistant
GrantMasterCD
There are probably more. No matter how Ryan R tries to explain it away, this group is a bunch of theives and should be driven out of business!!!

Unknown Charges
Beware of this company and many others that help you in securing grants. They are only securing money for themselves. If you go to a grant website check for anything that says RAVEN MEDIA this is apparently where this is really coming from. I found several different sites carrying different names with Raven Media in the Privacy Policy. Please beware. I now have several unknown charges to my bank account that lead back to this Raven Media(under different names).

Ditto = RIP OFF SCAM
claim to help with a free (only shipping charged -right??) CD that will end up costing you a bundle EVEN IF YOU CANCEL for something you didn't sign up for. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY BANK ACCT INFORMATION because they will automatically charge your account and then say they can not refund it because you did not cancel in X amount of days for something you know nothing about. IT IS THE BIGGEST LIE/SCAM I have ever had to deal with. Supposedly they say you signed up for REWARDMEMORE - what is that I asked - they said I signed up for it THRU GRANT MASTER. I received 1 of my 3 charges back - I now have to call GRANT MASTER because REWARDME MORE says they set the refund policies. They have cost me TIME & MONEY - it is just like being ROBBED - but they do not think they are breaking any laws. I can not believe in AMerica that companies like this are able to continue stealing from innocent people and claim they want to help you get grants!!!

Fraudulent Website
I order this program in hopes of finding a grant for first time homebuyers. No!!! this program has you going in circles with misleading information. Then once you cancel the program they continue to deduct money out of your account claiming there are other components/programs that were ordered with the ential program.
I see scam scam scam all over this product! Do not order the Grant Master Program.
Sincerely,
Buyer Beware!!

Bogus charges
The Website says a software download for $2.29. On the entire site is makes no mention of any other charges or subscriptions. A few days later there is a charge of $39.95 on my statement. The software is extremely limited. The information on their site is limited. I have dicovered that many more people have been scammed by this 'company' (and I use the term loosely). I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I suggest that everyone else on this complaint forum do the same. The faster we get this bogus company off the market the better for all of us.

add on to other product
I was going to try an internet research (trial offer) and just as I clicked on the enter for my c/c for the trial time, I noticed on the bottom in very tiny print that it also included a 7 day trial of Grant Master after which time I would be billed for the regular fee. At this point I had a password and customer number pop up and then when I tried to go to the web site to try to cancel it, it went away and I have not been able to get back to the web site.
I don't want Grant Master but can't contact them. How do you get these things gone and how are they able to "piggy back" onto other offers?
