Earlier, I put in a complaint about this company.I'm writing to take it back. A lady named Laura called me 10-09-08 and told me they don't deal with the people anymore that charges people's bank cards or credit card. I don't know how true it is what she told me but I did get the unauthorized charge returned to me. She told me they haven't dealt with the other company in about 6 months now. But I will continue to keep an eye on my credit card statements. The charges was reversed but I will not do this again/go through this company. I have a hard time trusting and can't tell if anyone is telling me the truth because, I've been a victim of ID theft before. I DO TAKE BACK THE COMPLAINT I MADE AGAINST GRANT MASTER. RAVEN MEDIA, AS OF 6MONTHS, NO LONGER HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM.

The free trail offer is a rip off! Beware people!

I supossely had 21 days to try their program. They did not wait 21 days before they charged my credit card. I never logged onto their web site because my husband had a heart attact a few days after I joined Grant Master. By the time my husband was released from the hospital and I got the chance to download the CD there was nothing to download it was a few items to click on. When I click there was nothing coming up. So I tried to download again nothing came up. So I ask my daughter to try downloading it again it was the same nothing. I want my $39.99 back. Grant Master you are SORRY.

I ordered the DVD from Grant Master that I never received. I called in to cancel it once I realized that it was nearing the end of the free trial and I still had not gotten it. What I did not know is that they give your information to their affiliates and they will in turn bill your credit card for $9.95 a month unless you cancel. You don't even know that you are a part of their program unless like me you check your bank statement on a regular and notice that you have a charge for this mount and no receipt to support the charge. I have had to cancel with 5 different affiliates so far and am not sure how many more there are. These are the ones that have billed me right now. I have been canceling memberships from Grant Master and their affiliates since April and it is now July. If I get one more charge I am going to see what I can do legally to stop this from happening. Every time I cancel one they say you will not be billed for anymore transactions but you end up getting billed just from someone different.

I like every one else stumbled accidentally on this site. Thought what a good deal grant writing CD is, @$2.29! Read the whole smear, ordered. Next AM, went back to finish looking. Passwords & phone numbers no good, kicked me off the I-net. Could not get on Grant Master site, for 2 days. Today sent ICe report to Fbi. Then found an E-mail from them(GM) went to site and told them " want my money back"! Hope you can use this E-add.
