On 06/19/2009 there were two Pending payments from GRANT MASTERS for $38.34.

I do not know who this company is; nor did I receive get anything from them. I am going to get to the bottom of this.

It a good thing I always check online for any activities on my account even if I do not have anything pending.

I just hope my bank did not release funds already. Either way some one is going to refund $76.68 back to my account.

on 6-3/09 Grant Masters charged my credit card 38.84 which was unauthorized. This company is associated with Your American Grant, they are both sharing credit info and making multiple charges to peoples accounts

Recently signed up to receive the cd titled "Grant Master" which supposedly gives advice on filing for and receiving Government grants. Well, in a rush I didnt read the fine print and was signed up for, "grant member site" which is $39.95 a month, "search market members site" which is $7.95 a month & "network agenda" which is $9.95 a month. Of course they all say you will not be billed as long as you cancel before the "free" membership is up, yet the phone #'s listed have no one answering calls.

Network agenda does offer the option to cancel via the internet (which I promptly did) however the other two aforementioned "sites" only have phone #'s.

It's sad that decent, hardworking people just looking for assistance, are targeted and mislead by companies such as these. I sincerely hope something is done or being done to prevent others from making the same mistake I made.

I went on line to look for a grant writing program, I came across Grant Master. They indicated that I could during this special get the CD for shipping only(2.95). I got a call a couple days later informing me of more special that I would receive as a trial. I informed them that I did not want to receive any thing else, and they needed to cancel any other special strings that came along with my free CD. They assured me they would.

Less than a few days later i notice a charge of 39.95 from center4grants, and another two for 7.95 and 9.95 that were charged.

I called and was informed that when I gave my credit card info. that in the print it explained that I would be automatically be enrolled in the grants on line program, and another one for making money from every day items. I don't recall any fine print, but will be much more vigilant in the future. I was giving a confirmation number for my cancellation, we see if this takes care of this.

I did not authorize a credit charge of $39.95 from my card... I did authorize a $2.99 charge to look over this product. I expect a full refund, and no other charges.
