Grant Master Reviews

Took 39.95 per month!!! For Nothing!!!
This company should be ashamed of themselves.I have contacted my bank, canceled my card, and am taking legal action!!! I have 2 children and struggle in todays economy to provide for them!!! Grant Master has repeatedly charged the amount of $39.95 monthly to my account causing checks to bounce for bills, I must pay, and initially had sufficient funds to do so! I hope these people are caught and face criminal consequences!!

Scam!
Fraudulent charges on my CC. They sometimes charge my CC several times a day for nothing...$39.10, $82.94, $73.65, $1.97. I called and asked what they do, who they are, with no answers. It's some kind of nameless scam call center representing 20+ "companies" with about 10+ 800#s: Grant Master, Blazing Words, My Profit Invest, Online Market, Money Market Club, Adword Search, Kind Remind Pro and List for Cash are just a few. They told me they sell online tips for selling things on Ebay and Google. With their service I have access to hotbusinessmarket.com and the charges represent bonus offers I never signed on for. They said they would not credit me back at first (although one rep claimed to credit me 72.21 and 38.34) and would only e-mail me their terms and conditions for my review (I wanted them mailed, but the rep said she could "not just mail things out". I never got anything. I have called my bank, shut my account and did some investigating of my own.

Unauthorized charges
I got an e-mail from one of these company that were offering an free CD called Grantmaster and all I have to do is to pay for shipping and handling. Since I got my grantmaster (it didn't help much) and I wound up with six unexplained charges on my Sears bill totaled $21.65 without my knowledge and that would push me over the limit fee. There were two location of these company and here they are, 2620 S. Maryland Parkway, Suite #969, Las Vegas, NV, 89109 and the other, ST. George, UT 84770, Permit No. 1129. Something need to be done about this rip-off and I want my refund.

Unauthorized charges
Offered an informational CD for $1.98 then falsely charged my credit card $69.95 and signed me up for a bunch of other rip off companies that also charged my credit card without my authorization.

refund of money
I did not order what they're selling. I thought I ordered a request for information. Much to my surprise, I had money taken out of my account. When I called the number provided by my bank, I was fortunate to call India. How much fun speaking with people who can't speak English! I received a cancel/confirmation number & told I'd be refunded the money 7-10 days. NO REFUND! I called a second time receiving a second cancel/confirmation number & yet again no refund. Now the third time I called I was given a fax number to send my "request" to. As far as I'm concerned they're taking advantage of people who are looking for work at home. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOU"RE INFORMATION! They're cheats & crooks!

Charged $38.34 without aouthorization
I originally had purchased an Internet Profit Gene CD for $1.95. I never received the CD and later was charged twice totalling $150.00. I called to complaint about the charges and at first they gave me a hard time because they said that I had agree to the terms. I made it very clear to them that I had not agreed to anything and I told them that I was not getting off the phone until I got my refund and a cancellation confirmation number. I gave them a really hard time and told them to give me back my money. Finally after arguing with them for about 2hrs., they gave me the refund and a cancellation confirmation number. Three weeks later, I see that my account was charged $38.34 from some GRANT MASTER. I called them and ofcurse, they said that because I had signed up for the INTERNET PROFIT GENE, that I still had an account open. I went off and gave them the previous confirmation number and all the representative could said was "I apologize for the situation" I am not going to write what I told them but you can just imagine!!! Once again I received another confirmation for my cancellation. The best thing to do is to call your bank and cancell your debit card and have them send you a new one so they can no longer charge anything (I did), or if you used a credit card, ask the company to issue a new one with a different number. Besides the phone number they provided on my statement which is 800-926-0273, I was able to search for another one 1888-246-9734.

unauthorized, fraudulant charge
Hey guys! I am new to the site, but became a member for one reason. To tell my story and complain just like the rest of us. But hopefully, some good will come of it. I am recently laid off from the automotive industry, live in a house with 2 other roommates in Newark Delaware, and have quite a bit of bills to pay not even including rent. I recently spent $1.97 for shipping charges on a 'free' informational disc on one of the grant master programs. I charged the shipping fee to a visa checking/debit account that I pay alot of my bills from which most of the time includes my rent checks to the realtor company for our house. What relevance does this have to grant master you ask? Keep reading...this gets juicy. No more than a few days after the purchase of the cd, I check my bank account online only to see that my recent check to the landlord for rent was returned to my account due to lack of funds, and right next to it, a recent visa credit transaction of about $80 with the title 'grantmaster'. (strange...I never authorized an 80 dollar purchase) I immediately called the bank to confirm all of my recorded transactions in my online banking statements, then in accordance with my check book, and with the bank service rep on the other end of the phone who was looking at his records of my account. All were in order including the $1.97 fee from grantmaster, ... except an $80 visa purchase from grantmaster...WHICH WAS NOT AUTHORIZED! That in turn caused my rent check to bounce due to lack of funds because I never deposited money to cover an $80 charge from grantmaster, which I am now unpleasantly finding out is causing a huge fee from the realtor management group, and now funds that I have to pay my rent in must be certified due to a personal check bounce. On top of a huge headache with my landlord and now my visa being compromised (because who the hell knows the person at grantmaster sliding my card back and forth over their damn charge machine without my permission), THEY WONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE! I can't seem to reach anyone at the given number to "clarify the purchase", and I haven't even recieved my 'FREE CD'! Isn't anything in the USA sacred anymore? Are there any lawyers out there reading this that would LOVE to make a few bucks on a fraud case?!!??!?! Anybody with information regarding grantmaster and fraudulant charges that they may have encountered, please get at me! I need all the help I can get! And if any lawyers out there really are reading this and feel that the grounds for a "fraudulant" case were met against them...please email me. [email protected]. If nothing is sacred in this country we live in anymore, then hopefully somebody is reading this and will not go down the road I went down.

-Thanks for any of your replies,
Sincerely,
Brandon
