False Claims to Find Grants
This company is a chameleon that hides behind the offer of a CD that will help consumers find government grant money. Once you use your credit card or bank account number to pay for the "free" CD handling charge of 2.99, the company attaches two "companion services" and bills monthly under two different company names for 7.95 and 9.95.
Fortunately, telephone numbers on my credit card statement worked, so I was able to call. However, the service reps only offer to stop the billing. Asking to speak to a supervisor to request a refund will probably result in a disconnect or a loooonnnnngggg time on hold.
I am yet to speak to a supervisor after two calls, but I will continue to contact this company until this issue is resolved to my satisfaction.

Bank Charges
they were only authorized to take out A one time fee for postage that totaled less than $3.00 the last two month they have taken out $34.99 each month causing my checking account to be over drawn

No other fees but the $2.29
The only charge on this CD was for $1.00 And one Charge $1.29 . When I seen another person was charged three times for the amount of $57.95 I was totally shocked because I'm not going to pay it either

SCAM!!!!!
I received the CD called grant master deluxe edition, which was supposed to be 2.95 for shipping. However my account was charged 39.95 for a membership fee and then 7.95 for an additional program. I called the 800 # and was given a refund after 30 minutes of yelling. Do not get involved with this company! SCAM!!! There is nothing that says you are automatically enrolled and if you don't cancel in 7 days you will be billed 39.95 and then 7.95 a month thereafter fo new programs!!! RIP OFF!!!

DOESN'T WORK
I ORDER THIS CD BACK IN JUNE. I WAITED FOR THE CD FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS. THE MONEY WAS DRAFTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT SO I CALLED TO HAVE IT CANCELLED. I WAS TOLD THAT MY MONEY WOULD BE CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. I WAITED ANOTHER WEEK AND MY MONEY WAS NOT CREDITED BACK TO MY BANK. I CALLED GRANT MASTER AND COMPLAINED I TOLD THEM TO EITHER SEND ME HE CD OR MY MONEY. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE DOWNLOADED TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND THE CD WOULD BE SHIPPED OUT. IT WAS NEVER DOWNLOADED TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS, BUT THE CD CAME THE NEXT WEEK. I WENT TO USE THE CD AND COULD NOT USE IT BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT WAS CANCELLED. SO, I CALLED AGAIN AND TOLD THEM WHAT WAS THE USE OF ME HAVING THE CD AND COULDN'T USE IT. I TOLD THE LADY TO EITHER REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT OR SEND ME MY MONEY BACK. I'M STILL WAITING!!!

Canceled order; received CD anyway and already have 39.95 charged as well as some 8.95; 1.29
Received CD less one week ago; called to tell them I had canceled; closed weekends;They have charged the monthly fee: apparently the "free trial" was over before I received CD; Now they have added another charge of 8.95. I had filled out the forms, but upon reading the details had canceled the whole thing! I have not; nor will I use the CD.

Rip Off
Like everyone else says the CD does not work, your login never works. They have now taken $39.95 for something called: Easy Grant Finder and an additional $7.95 for Business Funding, out of my bank account.
There was never any mention or any info or terms that stated there were hidden charges. Next step report them to the BBB!!!

Cd doesn't work, rip off
Just found a charge to my Credit card for $39.97 for something that is utterly useless and is impossible to contact the company. The publisher's website says to not contact them regarding this. They have NOTHING to do with them. WHAT?? How do I get a refund for this trash???

I just got through going through my checking account and found that $39.95 had been deducted from my checking account without my permission. This is nothing but a scam.

the cd
the grant master cd people gharged me 30.00 dollars fot the cd and when i got the cd it was broke so i asked if thay would replace it thay said no. i asked why it was 30.00 dollars when thay said it was only like 4.00 dollars for shiping thay said it was for some bull crap so i am getting a laywer and going to take it to there ass
