Unauthorized charges on Credit Card
I received in the mail a CD containing information on grants. A 1.98 on shipping charges were to be the only charges until I looked at the info to see if I wanted it. However, they charged the shipping and at the same time went ahead and charged my Credit Card for $69.95 (without my authorization) I finally got thru to the company and they said they would not return my charges and that if I wanted my money back, to make a police report. I called my bank and reported them. What a scam. I'm also returning their material of which is hardly worth $69.95. and I am gonna make a police report!!

They Sold my Credit Card Number
I bought a CD for $1.98 then without my knowledge was billed $69.95 for 1 month of NO service I then called and Canceled as they would have charged me $69.95 a month. They Refused to return my monies but the next month I was charged $29.95 for IWBCLUB something I had never heard of and NEVER ordered. I found that the grantfunding search who charged me the $1.98 & $69.95 had Sold my credit card info to the IWBCLUB... I guess I'll never get my money back and have had to cancel my credit card and switch to a new bank... Why Rob a Bank when you can Steal Money this way.. I hope These people burn in hell and if there is a way I can help that happen I will...

Unauthorized charges
A couple of months ago i signed up for a cd to learn about getting grant money. The website i was on asked for a $1.98 payment to ship a cd about finding grants to me i used my debit card to pay this fee. I got my cd and checked it out. I figured that this wasn't really something that would benefit me so I let it go by the wayside. Now looking back on my online banking i find that that in the last two months i have been charged twice by grantfundingsearch.com at a price of $74.32 and twice by IWB club for $29.95! I don't know what these charges are the only charge i ever authorized was the original charge of $1.98.

Credit Card charge niot authorized
I ordered a free CD and ageed to pay $1.98 for shipping using a credit card. This charge was billed to my account on 3/10/2009.

My account was charged an added $69.65 on 3/20/2009 by this company without my prior approval. I have no idea of what this amount was to purchase and I have recieved nothing since the free CD.

This appears to be a CON and I am requesting the $69.95 be returned to my account.

Rip Off
I wish I had of read these complaints before I signed up for this crap. The thing that really pisses me off is someone called to confirm my information and I told them I wanted to cancel and the gentleman kind of got upset but I was still able to cancel.
Then I found out today my acct was charged $69.95 anyway, and the lady on the other end of this 888 number tells me I can't receive a refund. Of course, the website on the disk they send and the website I signed up on are totally diffrent and I didn't see any of the terms about the $69.95 until I received the disk.
She tells me that I couldn't cancel with the guy that called I had to call them and cancel and I couldn't receive a refund and the $69.95 is just for access to the website.
I am usually very careful about signing up for things on the internet and I always read the "small print" for those hidden fees, well they got me this time.
If you have figured out a way to get your money back from this please let me know. The lady on the other end actually hung up in my face when I asked to speak to someone over her, she told me they were going to tell me the same thing, and I told her that I wanted to talk to them anyway and she hung up in my face.

unauthorized charges
We had cancelled after the initial $1.99 chg. And I just looked at our statement and seen this ibwclub. I did not know what it was. I had to look it up on google to find out what it was. We did not authorize any charges. They charged us $29.95 on our debit card.

unauthorized charges
Saw an ad for cd disk for 1.98 on information on getting grants for many different reasons. Signed up to get the cd - one week later was charged 69.99 for a subscription to their website access. I never confirmed to subscribe to their service - thought I was just getting a cd to check out. Called their office and was told that it was too late to get my money back because it was over 7 days. This was the only time frame I had to cancel my subscription that I never knew I had.
If anybody else has run into this, beware - it is a real scam. Don't know what my alternatives are, but I am trying to see if I can't somehow get this charge off of my card. If anybody has any ideas - love to hear it.

scam
Bought the cd for 1.98 and 7 days later 69.95 was stolen from my credit card. I cancelled my credit card, and file a complaint with my bank and credit card. I will not be reimbursed becasue they disclosed I would be charged this amount (even tho I never found it on the website). The idiot bitch I talked to on the phone was extremely rude and obnoxious, and spoke little english, don't waste your time calling.
Wish there was a way to make these assholes pay back what they stole. That's the last time I will use my credit card on the internet.
